Nice voices and a funny script! I realize you're trying to go with a simple art style with the characters, which I think looks very classic, but I don't really think animating them so simply and limited adds any kind of charm. The lip syncing could also use a lot of work since you only seem to use one to three mouth positions. If you are going to limit the animation and the character style, then at least do the lip syncing well. That's my take on it. Hope it helps >_<

I understand the humor you're aiming for, but you aren't hitting it.  You can't just throw random onto random and expect something. You throw random into a goofy story with characters that people can relate to with good timing on jokes. Animations need to pop and be more colorful.
