  • Does Chelseaeye participate in the patient assistance plan for HIV patients w/facial wasting and if so, what is the price the doctor will charge. I'm well aware if the product is free, which is quite likely, sometimes the doctor's fee must be factored in as a major detail.

  • Thank you for your comment. Yes, Chelsea Eye & Cosmetic Surgery Associates does participate in the patient assistance program for HIV patients. If you qualify, the product is free and Dr. Eviatar’s injection fee is $600. Please be aware that Sculptra is a difficult product to inject and should be done by an expert injector.
