@roshb77 Well now that it's post-christmas, I can say that being on the recieving end of a straight talk phone is great! used to have a two year contract that just expired and my wife got me the nokia 6790 for christmas which is pretty much like an iPhone in function. I run my whole business from there!

I have used my straight talk phone and their service plans all around the US and i have not had a single problem. I have the unlimited $45 a month plan and it is very convenient when I can talk for as much as I want and text for as much as i want for such a cheap price. I know that I can count on Straight Talk for a great deal without sacrificing quality.

I sometimes don't know how kids can text so much but I found my older daughter can text all day & my younger son just sends about 40 texts a day. The Straight talk plans are ideal for my kids, my teenage daughter uses the $45 unlimited text & talk nationwide with unlimited data and my son uses the $30 plan with the 1000 texts & talk nationwide with 30 mb of data. They don't use the data much. Boy these packages are sure saving me a lot of grey hairs not going over the family budget limit.

Straight Talk's reception is very good and I can hear my customers clearly on the phone even though I'm travelling out of town on the open road. Why be on a contract when you can use the ST $45 plan for 30 days service, unlimited text & talk nationwide & unlimited data? If you have automatic top up it will feel like you are on a contract except you won't have extra charges, cancellation fees, no surprise bills. The more you talk & text the more value for money you get on this plan.
