I've had thoughts about this for a number of years now. Here in Australia our system of government goes from Local Government, State Government, Federal Government which is made up of the lower house and senate. In Australia, the lower house seating party determins who runs the country, but it's rare to have a government that has total control over the senate also.

Vice presidents have always been the big mouth of the administration. I believe Jesse would be perfect. He has come along from less insight to more. Ron Paul would give him a real lesson in real. I don't believe this will ever happen, but it is good to dream.

If Ron Paul runs for president with or without Ventura, they won't let them win, even if they had the votes. This thing is so rigged that the two candidates they choose to "allow" us to vote for won't be Paul. Fundamentally, this system is corrupted and I hate to say it but a vote just won't be the answer. It would be like rubbing a salve onto the skin of a person with cancer and expecting them to get well.

Americans have been simplifying and altering the English language since we were a colony, and "troupe" is the British version, while "troop" is the American spelling of the same definition. @Pocok4 Not sure of your point however there are 737 bases... the military and espionage installations in Britain, which have long been conveniently disguised as Royal Air Force bases. If there were an honest count, the actual size of our military empire would probably top 1,000 different bases overseas, but no one -- possibly not even the Pentagon -- knows the exact number for sure. The point being we cant be the world police the cost is to expensive, even for America...

I dont know about that 700something base thing , when I last checked it was 157, but even 157 is an abnormally high number, I was sarcastic or tried to be:), most Europeans are a bit tired and dont understand why are in the EU so many US military bases, almost 66 years after the end of WWII, I dont think the Russians would attack us so if You assume that its time for the troops to go home, I can only say JUST DO IT:)
