The instrument here is one of the famous FENDER STRINGMASTER Steelguitars. It' s the most popular non pedal steel. It was available with two, three or even 4 necks and with different scale lengths.
I'v e a 1954 Triple neck long scale, same colour as Rick' s guitar here; my second is a white blonde 1955 T8 (triple neck) and next week I'll get a blonde 1957 Fender QUAD!
Do you have all those things glued together or are they a permanent huge block of wood? Is it an image thing or what?
My dad used to have a Hawaiian guitar but it sure didn't look like the one you have here.
