I don't smoke weed BUT in most of these vids it's the same but if it were weed or drugs each picture would be the same not go big then small then big again. Unless her pupils are reacting to the flash would also make the pupil big. Who knows, But sometime weed smokers also have the red and all lazy look to the eyes I'll say Flash.
