But me for one, have watched all the episodes of bleach, and to be honest it doesn't even compare to the quality of One Piece or Naruto, Death Note, monster, Fullmetal Alchemist, etc. And trust me, I have watched a LOT (about 35-40 series) of anime so I know the differences. Shaman King , the first anime i watched. It is one of the best shonen , even if it's underrated. Yoh is my favourite character from this anime. :)

The magazine it was being published on got bored with it because of low ratings and told the mangaka to "wrap it up" so he did some ridiculous one page illustrations with Hao as a pricess as if Manta were telling a fairytail and ended it like that. They never finished the manga. :( A new anime would still be welcome. From what I remember, the anime changed a lot of things.

they only improvised ahead of the manga's author (Takei) since he had to take a long break from Shaman King due to some family problems (he wrote a note of apology and everything) Being a manga ka is tough work and can isolate you from your loved ones
