I can't dtermine the real problem you are having, just make sure you got full flaps on the final with appropriate speed

within 120 - 150 kts for commerical aircrafts depending on the size

You dont need to worry about landing perfectly except if its a short runway. My advice: Glide on the right glide pattern until you are close to the runway then go below it. Then flare 30ft above ground. PM me if you need anything else.

Great vid, and you should get AES(airport enhansment service) it's free from aerosoft(dot)com, it will give you a follow car right after you land, aligns you to your gate, and the jetway moves to you, along with cars upon request.
