I have the HTC HD2 (beside an Omnia 1 and a Toshiba TG01). In terms of hardware, the HD2 is the best (Snapdragon CPU + capacitive WVGA screen).

I fear Xperia X10 won't be so good. The 1st Xperia was under my old Omnia for many applications....
