@powerofthroughts the F-15 uses a Monocoque technology that is completely different technology then what the MIG-25 uses. Maybe it is your lack of understanding of these things that has caused your confusion. The MIG-25 uses the same aerodynamic shaping on the forward aspects and air intake systems. This was developed from a direct visual interpretation of the A-5 (as in copy cat from looking how the A-5 resolved certain aerodynamic issues)

its production was canceled under the fear of the Americans that it will replace their f-16 because it was also cheaper and the remaining jets were sold to china, so... the eurofigther is a copy of an excellent Israeli jet that was made in the 80's, and if you don't believe that Israel has such knowledge and ability to make such jets than you are an ignorant :)
@djomercohen The Lavi was once a promising aircraft for Israel's need, since the air frame is pretty similar to F-16 thus pulling down the cost of production. Sadly, it's the potential that suppressed by U.S. pressure and U.S.-Israel relation gone sour in that period. Well, in the end China benefited.
And yes, since China got Israel technology. Do they trained by Israel's airmen as well? Israel has proved their mettle against the much larger Arab opponent.
