@zachplaysfallout3 the class makes you a backstab magnet, headshot magnet, you can't shoot immediately, you are a huge target, so the team focuses on you making either a pocket medic or the sandvich a need, and unless you can get a pocket you have no secondary, letting everyone get damage off on you while you spin up. its easy for new players to get a few kills a life but you need a dedicated medic and real skill to get the 20-30 kill lives i've helped heavies get as medic.

Cool vid eh, fun thing about watching sniping is how inconsistent it can get (not an insult, just pointing it out eh), to see a person make difficult shots, and then miss heavies. (i do that too, i only tend to miss the hard shots too, bah) You know what? Put up a video with you playing the oh-so-loveable pyro, that'd be awesome. John, I have never played tf2, but since the sniper is 1 hit, the scope comes up really fast, and the other guns seem to kill slower than say guns in black ops, why is it that you say shredding sniping in tf2 doesn't work?

@Xfroste : I can help clarify a little. If the sniper stays scoped it charges the power of his shot. Hitting the body deals around 50 damage at zero charge and about 150 damage when fully charged. When the sniper hits in the head, it does triple damage, thusly a zero-charge headshot does 150 damage whilst 450 if fully charged. The key is the charge time, also there is a slight delay between when you scope and when you can actually pull a headshot, i'm not entirely sure how long the delay is.
