  • why the heck are all these instructional videos australian??

thank you australia for your words of wisdom btw!

  • @epgrimes not Australian! It plainly says "New Zealand"!

  • @epgrimes Because Down Under's and Maori's are really friendly & helpful people.

  • what do you do if you land in a rut?

  • @fishanhunter hold your line strong, stand up, in the attacking postion and keep it going..

  • @coreypower177 ok, thanks, but what if you land in a wet area, like a puddle of mud or something?

  • @fishanhunter really just the same thing buddy

  • @coreypower177 yeah, i figured that one out all ready haha

  • @fishanhunter ragdoll

  • Tx for this gonne go try it ASAP

  • hate blind jumps sux not being able to c the landing specialy wen its a 30 meter jump o and just mention corections like wen the bike falls back pull clutch and hit back brake REMEMBER clutch stall = K.O and wen it falls forward rev!!! note clutch only on 4 stroke 2 strokes dont realy stall

  • kool

  • it really depends on the jump and the speed you're traveling at. Like Mikey said in the video, start small and slow and work your way up. If you're not quite making it, then either you need more speed or not try and do the double until you have the confidence and momentum you need. perhaps try a smaller double. Getting a more experienced rider or coach to critique your style and help you along the way is a good idea too.

  • I know how to jump but I have trouble choosing Wat gear I should be in..like at my track there is a flat sand turn to a double..I tried 2nd almost made it and I tried 3rd..btw this is on my 2011 Kawasaki kx250 I think I need a smaller rear sprocket..I have a 50 on the back I think I need a 48

  • @XxMoNoXiDeZxX they stoped making kx 250s in 08? and dont try and show of by putting 2011 in front of it,if your gonna lie atleast make it belivable

  • @TheRossirepaerox haha im not showing off i have a 2011 lmao dont try and show someone up never works haha

  • every riding tip i look at on youtube, the rider is always on a honda. hmmmm? glad ive always been a honda fan :) Big Red FTW!

  • @druminsk8 thats because theyre on low budget and the camera wouldnt be able to follow a fast moving bike

  • notice how most of these vids are on hondas

  • what about when your front end of your bike is to high?

    wheres th ebreak tap lesson?

  • @Sernasie905 He just told you not to do it without the front end going up.

  • @Sernasie905 : Why ask questions you already know the answer to? You sound like one of those couch motocross riders that get pissed at these guys because your'e jealous!

    Loser

  • @Sernasie905 you do a panic rev its were u rev it all the way and your wheel will spin and it will put gravity on your bike

  • @TheKawasakidude Gravity is always on the bike. When you panic rev, the back wheel instantly spins rapidly, cutting through air and pushing itself towards the ground.

  • @SimulationCharacter1 It has nothing to do with air I don't think. It puts the spin on the rear tire and causes the gyro effect thus pulling the front end of the bike up.

  • @kelb53 i always thought it was the torque pulling the front end up when you throttle up in the air

  • @SimulationCharacter1 thats what i said but you just detailed it

  • @SimulationCharacter1 Um, no, not quite how it works but an interesting theory. Google "Gyro effect" :)

  • what about when your front end of your bike is to high?

    wheres th ebreak tap lesson?

  • you dont wont to let go of the gas too coz it make you frunt dive down

  • good video man but you forgot to add the part about griping with the knees

  • Or using the rear brake/throttle while in the air to level the bike out, scrubs, whips, jumping sitting down... He left out a lot.
