engines change, and the opening cutscene cant just be ported straight in with shinier graphics, so when remaking it minor details change, just because the developers dont have time to reference every scene, spot on. So long as the general feel (which is not changed by these tiny details) is there, then it works.
Also things will change, ALOT. FF7 was and is a great game, but there were alot of bad things about it, which would probably be removed...
why did they change the first bike to a car? and they took out the Loveless sign when the camera zooms away from Aeris. It's minor but why did it have to go?
No I don't know, Why don't you enlighten me! My point was valid, I'm just saying that they don't need to change random shit like that, it may seem like small details, but a lot of those "small details" give the game it's beloved feel! I think they should basically make the characters less like a bunch of polygons, update the graphics, but keep the story, music and battle systems as they are, why try to fix it if it isn't broken? A remake that would please fans is possible!

@jacobleb420 you do realise exactly what youve done here is why a remake isnt possible?

they've more or less made it stop on with only minor details differed.
PRetty good.
The remake is much more fluent though and slightly more entertaining
