@SuperYuki5 that's actually easy. I usually slice off any bumps on the top to level it & then turn the cake uoside down to get a nice flat, clean, level surface for frosting with very few loose crumbs.

If you are looking for a variation on the Icing, try mixing in some Cream Cheese (Philadelphia if you can get it). Makes for a really nice icing!
