Holy crap your AMAZING I am so jealous..... It's so detailed and perfect I wish I was a good as you..... And I don't know who could be that one person who possibly disliked this?
I'm a watercolor painter...but never have my watercolors looked like oils. Just curious as to how you did this? It looks like you maybe were using mostly dry brush?
wow ur soo good your a very good inspiration for me to paint watercolor i love it it blends so much better than oil or acrylics i also love the little post it CUTE LOL mom and i watched it and laughed at the cat trying to help sounds like mine i went to get get fresh water and i came back and i had paw prints on the white of the paper the desk and carpet LOL your cats looks just like mine ur such a good artist ur really really good i really enjoyed watching this
Love your style and that was just amazing. I want one just like it, well not just like it, but... That is beautiful and I like the fact you create where your animals can just creep in and bug you, nice touch! I am just getting started in art journaling and you are an inspiration. :)
This is just gorgeous!! Could you let me know which watercolours you are using? I'm thinking of investing in some 'proper' watercolours and cant decide on pans or tubes but this looks like a really good quality paint. Thanks in advance and again beautiful work.
what music is that playing at the last part of the video and i really love the painting very inspiring i decide to start up my water painting skills again
No, I am not an art teacher. I learned from an extemely good watercolor teacher (Gary Pruner) and I just love the medium. It took many years of painting...but it was worth it.
I have been told I should do Children's illustrations....it's just so daughting to submit your art to the BIG companies though. Maybe I should ((man up) and just do it!
I actually like the painting before you pumped up the contrast (with photoshop??) at the very end. Very nice like watercolor feel to it. Just thought I would say that, you probably didn't need the high contrast one :) Very nice job
The painting is actually very lush and bright. I didn't alter the colors in photoshop. The video shows the colors a lot more subdued than it actually was.
I am using a watercolor "Block" so the paper is kinda glued to the pad around the edges, so no buckling. They are expensive, but worth it ---to me anyway.
That was my cat "Noodle" I thought it was kinda cute, so I didn't edit her out. I think she wanted me to let her outside or something and I was trying to ignore her.
Oh, what a beautiful "Girly Girl" you have made! The end result is so lovely. I love your use of the bright, vibrant, juicy colors. What a "happy" painting!
Very much so !! watching these art video made by artist like you allow me to learn and gives me lots of motivation. Thank you for your generosity. Can't wait to enjoy another of your video!!
OMG! That was amazing, it looked nothing like watercolor. OOO! I love that painting! I also loved the "Cat Alert!!" lol... i hate it when that happens. Wow... that was... WOW!
"Noodle" (my cat) surprised me by jumping up on my table like that! I was really concentrating on painting for the video I didn't even hear her come in the room. Luckily she didn't land right on top of my watercolor.--Lo**
I think I used the same brush pretty much through the whole painting, and it's a Winsor Newton Coldpress Watercolor block that I am using. "Noodle" my cat that made 2 guest appearances in this video, says "Hi"
This is amazing and so inspiring! :D
What kind of watercolor paper do you use?

how did you keep the paper so flat? It's amazing!
I can't see any gum tape or masking tape around it! It looks to me like its been completely stuck to a board.
beautiful painting by the way, really lovely technique and relaxing to watch!
