hey your looking for a drill right? i got one that helps me take low shots. start at the front line and throw the ball at the ground so it skips off the side wall. then as its coming down, hit is as low as possible and if you land 5 in a row below the red line then move back to the "short" line. repeat. then move to the dotted line. repeat. then move halfway between the dotted line and back wall. repeat. then as close to the back wall as possible. repeat. this is my warm up before games. thanks.
Good spot, yeah it is, our racquetball court is being refurbished at the moment, so i was forced on to a squash court. it was only to film this for school so it didnt matter too much
yeah. Dont bounce it. Do the same thing with the back hand, and stand facing the wall leaving about two feet of space btw you and the wall. Everyshot should come back btw you and the wall.
yeah i'm not practicing my serve, i'm just drilling. Ever heard of muscle memory?? basically repeating actions over and over i.e. a racquetball forehand, will allow you to carry out the action the same every time due to muscle memory.
That looks like a squash quart

so what youre saying is that whoever is returning your serves should always know where the ball is going?
zuzma 4 years ago
No, he is saying you should learn to control your shots so you can place them strategically.
