@FourEyedMayhem Currently I only work out at home and my goal is to get as ripped as possible. I suggest to substitute what you eat with healthy foods. Meaning that you don't need to go on a starvation diet. Just substitute the food you eat with healthier foods. Drink Plenty of water.

lol that aint skinny. You wanna talk about skinny? Take me for example. I'm 6'0 145-150 pounds and I eat like a bear. I have to work twice as hard as anyone else. No one has it harder than me
@jMaiTriX When you bulk you a lot more then you usually would. Plus you work out hardcore as always. Then once you get about 0 pounds over where you want to be you start a cut. In the cut you eat healthier and hit the cardio more.
@MrNevakonaza I have a very fast metabolism so I could get away with eating anything. But at the time my mom cooked a lot of whole Ukrainian foods for me. These foods included mashed potatoes, rice, oatmeal. I also ate a lot of vegetables and fruits.
