I disagree with skaters skating on private property as there is liability everyone if they get hurt, if they hurt someone, etc. etc. etc. But I disagree with this, no matter how much you get pissed off at a skater for not leaving if you have asked them too, or how many different groups you have kicked off your property, it doesn't give you the right to wilfully hurt them.
