@123mikal20 Yes, shadow spec in general gets Shadow Orbs. A talent about 1/4 the way down increases the damage and proc chance of the orbs, but yes, at 71, you can use them

Idd, they pretty much fucked over the whole Priest class imo. Specially with the neverending nerfs to abilitys that we need to have buffed (Mind sear, MB), also Mastery is quite useless, it gets a prio after crit, that says quite alot.

@Silentbreez1 Mind blast is usually a 5K crit, take into consideration all our DoTs and new procs and the CC a priest has and we're a deadly class to fuck with. We have very few burt but we have a lot of DoTs which means we're mobile casters with a low CD fear, horrify, and silence.

@Schoenmann3 It is a new spell called Soul Harvest i believe. Its for the new soul shard system. It allows you to regain your soul shards and heals you over a period of time. Its like evocation but no mana regen. Only used out of combat.

Not sure if anyone else is noticing this, but it seems that although your SW:P is on different targets, the procs seem to be focused on your primary target.

Now, I can see this being incredibly powerful versus vehicles/players/bosses. Think of throwing 5 or 6 dots then using your primary dots/rotation on a single target, then move a bit. You would have tremendous dps versus a single target.

Hopefully, they don't nerf it too fast so you can have some fun when cata opens!

@hi2red Mind spike is not supposed to be on your main rotation, it's for use on trash when you don't have time to "build up" a full DOT rotation. This rotation ATM is Spike up to 3 times, Mind Blast and SW:Death (spike less if the mob is dying faster). Shadowy apparition is an automatic proc from SW:P and MindFlay , it gives you a bit of extra damage, and works better (+60% change to proc) while moving (all casters are getting something to allow then to DPS on the move without running OOM).

Shadowy Apparition looks so bad ass! It now makes us eligble to move around and still cause decent damage like the other classes. It's bugged, dipshits. Instead of doing 15% of Mind Blast's damage, they're doing 100%. Shadowy Apparition, in its current, intended and unbugged form is horrible. Any idiot who sees this video and goes "HUURRR YEA I BE LEVELIN PRIEST NOW LOLZ" deserves the disappointment of finding that out for themselves though, I guess.
