I agree but know very little about real estate. I've always been told that property is never a bad investment if you think long term. Unfortunately I got in at the wrong time, like many. I figured the prices would keep climbing and that there was never a good time? Great videos by the way, very informative and uplifting, something a lot of us need to hear right now!

It is never a bad time to be in Real Estate if you are treating your holdings as a service rending business and treat your tenants as clients. The reason we are in the mess we're in right now is because of people imagining fast profits from flipping a home. All through out history people treating their investments as a business have won while speculators have been whipped out.
