im kinda confused. if you got a game and ran it on a 1920x1200 moniter at say 1440x900. will it look like crap?
i had a 1440x900 res moniter but couldnt run the games on max so i had to turn it down the resolution down. it looked really big and funky. would it be the same with other high res moniters? such as this one...
Most computer monitors don't upscale images very well. It doesnt matter what their resolution or screen size is. If you get a monitor with say, a TV Tuner card then it probably has the ability to upscale images fine. Mostly though with computers, this is done by the graphic cards so its not something focused with computer monitors. Which helps in cutting its cost.
The solution is probably to run it in a window.
