  • @TheSuperGWK If you do this everyday you might overtrain your muscles, so I'd say that do this every other day.

  • For those that are wondering if this burns body fat, i will just say in general, the answer is no. You need a healthy diet and cardio for these work out to be effective. You will shred about 1 lb of fat doing like 250,000 crunches. Hope that helps.

  • dude, this will grow your 6 pack abs, but if your fat, you simply cant see them, cuz there's a layer of fat lol.. so you have to do cardio to get rid of that fat, and you will see your 6-8pack ;)

    well, im actually not really a fitness expert, but you have to do workouts for about 20 minutes, 30 sec difficult exersises and then 15-30 secs rest. you should check out sixpackshortcuts or scooby, they have great workouts.

  • @ThaBrownDude you should do the plank for as long as you can. and i think its for everyday.

  • 3 times a week ab training is enouch. I know i had the urge in the beginning but doing it every day will not make good proces doing to exercise is just 1/4 of what you need to do to get abs. Propper nutrition lots of cardio to loose that belly fat. your cant see your abs unless your boy fat is under 10% the exercise self and the day rest between the exercises is the time it needs to recover and grow. A ab exercise with out body weight needs 1 day to recover. Btw srry for my poor English.

  • @acksharan1111 well,some ppl will say that fat people dont have muscles,that's wrong,we all have muscles,doesnt matter the fat on them,they are still there,you can do these exercices,your six pack will grow,but you must get that belly fat down to see them,as you do these exercices the belly fat disappears...you need a nutrition tough..

  • @tbest1991 core workouts include your back. Your back and core should feel it, try straightening your legs a little more on the leg raises.

Cardio such as running, jogging, walking, cycling, swimming are the best ways to burn fat, cardio which you can do at home include jumping jacks, side steps, running on the spot etc, any exercise which raises your heartbeat will certainly burn fat.

  • Guys(wanting to lose stomach fat, and get abs showing), If you want to see a difference with your abs you don't need to do ab workouts. Do some cardio exercises like jogging - exercises that burn fat at a high rate. These sort of workouts only use minor muscles and don't burn that much fat, near to nothing. You can NOT spot reduce e.g. decide where you want to burn fat depending on exercises you do.

  • @LongboardKids Depends how much stomach fat you have, im 15 and ive been working on exercises like these for the past year or so, at first it didnt work but when i lost weight it began working, i lost 25pounds and i have put back on 30pounds in muscle over the last couple of months, it all depends on stomach fat really, if you dont have much then your abs will come throught real good :D

  • @kidyakuza Yes it works your so called CORE or transverse abdominis muscle, the muscle that is underneath your 6 PACK ABS muscles so to speak.
