this is the kind of stuff that tall german men with slicked back blonde/white hair listen to while they shop for tight pants in underground new york shops with their parent's credit cards.
@MjXllcommando I don't even know the thread you're commenting on, but that statement stands on its own. My hat's off to you for saying it! I wish more Netizens did the same.
@therealsoulproduct I had an article shared with me it was sharing who is doing the snooping on the internet+ our lives. It was Mr. Super Computer. YEH; The 3 letter agencies have these marvelous inventions they can gather information + intelligence + have names, address of the beings, so they can be followed and keep an eye on; or harass whatever. Humm. Our THOUGHTS leak out in to the environment -> ELF waves which I believe are same Freq. as our brains + Hollywood?? Right On!! XTC 5*'s++
listening to this in my mates bedroom back then on acid is one of them times that really stuck, no wonder with the quality of this music which was so far ahead of its time, especially when you consider what most other groups were putting out then, true masterpeice this album. sounds ahead of its time still. perhaps more so now as music has dummed down even more lately, x factor etc etc
A knife-sharp guitar riff and high-pitched screech get things started; then, clever lyrics, a tasteful guitar solo that goes its own way rather than slavishly following the melody, and steady, spirited backing vocals, all topped off with some guttural shouts of "oh!," just leave the listener reaching for repeat.
Is there an instrumental version of this song? I want to figure out how to play this on guitar and it would be easier to figure the song out if I could hear an instrumental.
One of the most influential bands from new wave generation!

Such a brillant band! Saw them in France 1980! Blew the Police right off the stage!

This was ment to follow up 'Nigel' in the UK in late 1979, I still believe that was one of their biggest mistakes !!!! Should have been massive.

It's all about the snare+crash cymbal fill after they sing "Real by Real by Real by..." That's the best part!

Very intelligent lyrics about lives being recorded everywhere you go. Sounds like modern times.
