It doesn't sound like you are doing anything wrong. In the beginning, when practicing Bakasana you will feel heavier on the arms. This is part of the process, to first simply balance. In time and with lots of practice one will then begin to press down through the arms more fully and engage the core. This is beginning stage of acquiring the strength to press into full handstand. The strength and coordination doesn't happen overnight. Truly the reward is in the journey. Just practice! :)
This is beautiful and very inspiring! I'm struggling to learn arm balancing poses but so far I've been doing alright with crow.
However, I feel like I'm extremely heavy on my arms. There's no way my thighs can lift up high in order to do a handstand! Any advice? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...

Question: What that secondary? Is it supposed to be one crow and one crane? That would make sense. I thought it was two crows.
