@TheBlueBandYTAccount There are many styles of electric double basses. Mine can be close to a fretless BG in that it has a solid body, and I can select purely magnetic pickups. Other instruments use piezo pickups, double bass style bridges, floating double bass style necks, and hollow bodies. All these things can affect the tone. Dont forget string choice too.
In sound, is there much difference between a fretless electric bass guitar and an electric upright bass?

@harryimster1 Yep, its a CR5M, I string it with a high C. Theyre all thomastik spirocores.
