@monkey9090 you can't actually spot reduce fat. Building muscle anywhere will increase ur metabolic rate thus burning fat all over ur body while at rest. Also, don't forget cardio and a proper diet!
Great video. I like that you can do these anywhere with no machines. My favorite is the one legged step ups. We do these a lot in bootcamp and in my own workout. I like the one legged hamstring curl with the ball too. Harder than it looks.
I learn of some new exercise everyday. The 1 leg squat on bench is something I would never have thought of. Thankyou fit ba$tard.

I like to do weighted Pistols (aka 1 legged squats) as my favorite leg exercise..
