  • me too

  • I have the exact same problem!

It asks me to restart over and over again.

And now, my laptop is useless!

I deleted Windows, by particioning (making new particions)!

  • @dragontail2010 i agreed with your mom last night when she said that my cock was huge.

  • How to fix it ????

  • macs suck ass.

  • excuse me, I mean Angelcarpwns.

  • hey TheAppleMan100, I'm glad that you know how to install it so why don't you tell us. I've also successfully installed mac osx on a pc by bypassing kernel panic using modcd but I want a permanent fix. Do you know what to do?

  • what happened? Virus attack?

  • @Yebass what is your computer model? what year manufactured?

  • yeah you need a newer version of a hackintos iaktos s3 i recomed and you need to search on google for cpuz and you see your proces typ (SSE2, SSE3) search wich kernel you need to use and smbios chipset drive!

  • How to solve that problem?

Huhuhuhu plz help me because my mac book is like that

  • love my hackintosh, no crash since installed!

  • MACS CANT CRASH >>>>> YEA RIGHT LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

  • @RossVlogs it takes a really stupid guy to crash a mac

  • @Nuclear793 Nope they have said in the adds.. Its all lies.

  • i used to get that on my xp laptop at random times o.o viruses i bet

  • At least it's more elegant than a BSoD

  • @drrobertoboogie97 lol ya

  • @drrobertoboogie97, Less intelligent. BSoD will give a error report with the file that crashed, either a driver of one of your devices, or Windows itself. It's rare that Mac gives info like that, and mostly like here, it just says "Please Turn Off Your Mac", which you do, and then when you turn it on, your literally PRAY that it won't happen again without a report, and that Mac Support has the freaking awnser, and won't say that they don't recognize it.

  • This is how u fix it

get a copy of iDeneb 1.3 the set BIOS to AHCI (or something)

    set up iDeneb ur

    and the installation should work.

  • I have Hackintosh and.. for now it runs very nice.. sweet!.. but i hope to buy a iMac anyway.. to have Windows and MacOs togheter

  • It's a kernel panic. It occurs when important files of the OS are missing or corrupted. May be caused if you do a hard shutdown while installing a software update. Boot from the leopard cd and do an "achieve an install". Your system will be repaired and no files will be lost. Except if it it happens due to damaged hard drive. Then u must have your HD replaced.

  • FAIL!

  • Get a real mac, the kernel doesn't want to boot because it discovered you are a fraud.

  • @jabwd real mac do it to

  • see, this is the main difference between windows and OSX. In windows, a BSOD 99.99% percent of the time is nothing harmful and your computer is ok. But in OSX, a kernel panic 80% of the time means your screwed and your mac probably wont boot.

  • @TheWindowsComputer Which is exactly why you get much less kernel panics in Mac. Don't get me wrong, I like Windows and Mac alike, but I have rarely ever seen a kernel panic on a Mac. Are there kernel panics on Windows to? Or just BSODs?

  • @ziprider255 nope, just BSOD's! but i changed mine to a RedSOD!

  • @TheWindowsComputer Did you edit the registry or something?

  • @ziprider255 no, i had to edit one of the system files, i forgot which one tho. im probally gonna make a vid about it!

  • @TheWindowsComputer My second guess.

  • @ziprider255 Kernel panics only occur on UNIX systems. As Windows is based on no particularly solid base, it's only BSODS.

  • @Roadragew25r Oh.

  • @TheWindowsComputer its usally because of a faulty drive inserted or corrupted or missing file all you have todo is boot froma leopard dvd and do a "Archieve and install" and your good to go it happens usally if you are installing a update like mac os x 10.4.10 to 10.4.11 and you stop it in the middle of it this is want will most likely will happen but its very easy to fix

  • when this happens what do you do???

  • es un Kernel Panic cuando carge el sistema entra con esto

    -v

    -v -f

  • fix all kernels

  • kernal not match

  • i have eror Cernal panic )) whemn i install mac on pc

  • It is not a error in the operative system but hardware error ,, in the motherboard or the RAM

  • At least it looks nicer than the blue screen of death

  • i have a real mac and it does the same :)

  • lmfao

  • thats what u get when you dont buy a real mac

  • @TheAppleMan100

the only good reason not to buy a mac and install it on a pc is because mac is too overpriced and installing it on a pc can actually be a huge advantage especially over security. ( also as im running it now its not as bad as i thought it was and doesn't take much system requirements unlike vista! )

  • @TheAppleMan100 it happens with real mac.... lol

  • @TheAppleMan100 Don't talk shit as you can see he only want the mac os x leo.

Dumb ass troll btw learn how to spell >You< Why even waste your time to leave comment

No life school drop out go back to school as i can see you really need it.

Just a tip when you go to school start with k then work your way up.

  • @ak47killer200 A. I know how to spell YOU. i felt lazy and did it the short way.

    B. I go to school

    C. I PUT THAT ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO LET IT GO FOR CHRIST SAKE!

  • 1.win xp kinda bad graphics but great performace and stability and fast startup

2.win vista great graphics but worst performance and crashes every second

3.win 7 even greater graphics and good performance and stability.

4.mac os x good old graphics which rock and well its has good stability for me but i use win 7 (to me its much more simpler to use)

  • on my pc windows xp was very unstable and slow but vista was fast and stable i guess i have a weird pc lol

  • i had a problem with my hackintosh i had no qe/ci support but than i found some apps that did not need qe/ci support and did the same things as the ones that needed qe/ci

  • lol* that was just a simple prob. if u didn't quit ur apps before shutting down. that will happen esp. when there was a numbers of apps running. mac os x gives U a pretty good service. id say win xp was ok but vista sux! win 7? well its okay there were similarity with snow leopard but so far its great i guess, we'll see in the future though... he he

  • Just give your computer what it wants......

    Windows 7

  • windows sucks

  • this occurs when u selected something not compatible with ur pc espcially kernels! Even If U Select The Wrong Graphic(Display) Drivers, U'll Only Stuck With A Blue Or Black Screen, As For Audio, U'll Only Get No Sound So It's Most Probably Kernel(If U Selected Vanilla Kernel, Uncheck It, It Wont Work On Most PC)

  • Um, this is why you don't put OSX on PC. dir dir dir...

  • I've been using windows 7 for quite a while, no Blue Screen Of Deaths, no errors and any error I've encountered in Windows 7 was third party. A windows program has never crashed on my PC.

  • Get A Ubuntu

  • -.-

  • my mac did that to me i jus went and got more ram

  • Windows and linux FTW :D

  • FUCK MAC'S GO PC!

  • Right On XDDDDD WINDOWS WINDOWS!!

  • GET A PC

  • that happen 2 me right now

  • Get Windows 7 and XP !

    Do not use Vista/Linux/Mac!

  • it's either the CPU or RAM. just get a MAC. :)

  • Obviously your problem is that it's a Hackintosh. Might need to change your hardware simulator.

(I've got no problem with hackintoshes, they're just hard)

  • get windows

  • i use to get that in Panther on my g3 had to reinstall the OS but that computer is gone now it broke

  • Did you lose any data?

  • @ manuelm411: the first time and second time no because when i reinstalled it my hard drive i used was still there i used it and it kept it but the 3rd time it was all gone had to put all my stuff back on it it was a pain i had that problem 3 times

  • that happened alot to me in tiger on my g4

  • i have a gay problem with the video driver, sometimes i see a lot of lines that freeze my mac, wtf!

  • I have the same problem how did you resolve it ?????PLEASE TELLLLL ME!!!...THANKYOU!!!

  • i had the same problem after installing iatkos 5i..

You just need to install iatkos 5i again and it will work!

  • get more RAM! that wut i did

  • Comment removed

  • omfg that happns to a lot of the macs at my school when they shut down. I HATE HOW MACS ALMOST NEVER TELL U THE PROBLEM!!

  • They'll give you the crashlog after the restart.

    Failed boots are hardware-caused

  • Failed boots are mostly software related. If it's hardware related, it would not make a chime sound and there would be no video shown. Basically, nothing would happen after pressing the power button. The chime is always a good sign. The chime means that the power supply and all your hardware is functioning enough to get the computer started.

  • ...because PCs tell you exactly what the problem is and how to fix it, and when you boot Windows, the tech gods bestow upon you the power of a plus 3 mouse with the ability to conquer the world.

Like Vallecrash said, you can look at exactly what went wrong by looking at the crashlog. Since the machine won't boot, you will have to put it in target mode to pull off the crashlog, or in the case of a hackintosh, you may need to put the HDD in an external shell to look at it on another machine.

  • Your dumb dude. it's not TARGET mode, it's target disk mode, and in this case, that is USELESS. What he needs to do is start the computer up in VERBOSE mode by holding down the command and then V key before the chime sounds during startup.

  • It could be some bad boot file. Kernel Panics happen from bad boot files, time to time

  • that also happened to me, now i am getting a 10 times better one for only 200 dollars because it broke like 10 times 8)

  • I have the same problem how did you resolve it

  • It's just a problem do what he says . And your mac is like new or when you have download he software and turned the computer off... PROBLEM!!!

  • thats what you get for using hackintosh!

  • lol you cannot install mac on windows, if you manage to get it working on a pc dont expect to run properly. mac os x was designed for apple machines only and besides, installing mac on a pc is illegal

  • Who needs a mac? Someone who wants a reliable computer and something that has better performances than a pc, maybe?

  • No no, its something to do with the BIOS, you need to set them correctly when you delete Windows and Install Mac OS X. It should actually run fine seeing that Windows and Mac both use "Intel". Basically for a 90% chance to not mess up your computer is to back up your windows on a spare CD if you do not have a installation disk from when you brought the PC and use it as a back up if you wish to remove Leopard or Tiger.

  • LOL Black screen of Death

  • lol

  • That's not an error its a mac os x update some requirer that.

  • no its a kernel panic

  • @jackmitchell123 My sister gets this whenever she turns off her pc

  • You see, it works the other way around. You can only install Windows on a Mac, not a Mac on Windows.

  • really? ;)

  • @rensdu you actaully can but it's usually just buggy

  • @rensdu Windows is an architecture now? hahaha

  • @megamanfan3

yup, not only that but its the REAL windows running, not some "hackinstosh" wannabe mac

  • @megamanfan3 ahahah u think so ;?

  • @megamanfan3 Lol im running mac on my pc right now.

  • @megamanfan3 Incorrect, you can do it vise versa and versa vice. It is just illegal (if I am not mistaken) to install OS X on a Windows based computer.

  • safe boot and it should work.

  • ok boot into iatkos dvd and dont press anything while the the darwin bootloader comes up it will work

  • KERNEL PANIC :D

  • i have that prob too!!! help!!!!!!!!!

  • how do you do the efi emulation??? i have the same problem

  • lol i get the same thing...

  • i know y this doesnt work

its because u have not done the efi emulation.

follow my step by step guide with pictures in my video on my page and folow the instructions to fix this problem.

  • Hey, I wasn't intending to keep using Mac OS X on my regular PC so I would have uninstalled it even if it were working.

    But thanks anyway.. ;)

  • oooo
