What is so wrong with congratulating someone on their first kill? It was either him or you. It's not about taking a life. It's about being the better warrior and knowing that you were skilled and knowlegable enough to do exactly what you were trained to do. Thousands of Marines and other branchmen train for countless hours, days, and months, but never even see combat. It's all about doing the job you were sent there for.
