If you have the game, go to the main directory of the game, open the User.con - file with notepad, and look for the "enemy strengths"-section (hit points).
If you do, Google for a source port named "EDuke32". It improves at least the graphics and menus a bit, and adds some useful options in them.
With EDuke32, if you wish, you can also use a "High Resolution Pack" (Google for that too), to replace the original art with more detailed textures and actual 3D models.

One more thing am looking for a source duke nukem 3d, basically it is audio/wave, monsters (trooper) when they roar (hardaway, haruuu)
