  • Internal documents from the period prove that Japan forced women to be prostitutes. Add to that the accounts of women from China, Korea, South-East Asia and even Japan, and the evidence is pretty overwhelming.

If soldiers are "lively" and "cannot do without women" (prostitutes) then you must think there was no problem with the Japanese government setting up brothels full of Japanese women for occupying US soldiers in 1945. Right?

  • @oldchicken2 Read the accounts of women who were raped, or look at the photographic evidence. You have to be pretty disgustingly ignorant to disregard the evidence, which I believe you are.

  • On March 1, 2007 a Japanese veteran soldier Yasuji Kaneko admitted to The Washington Post that the women "cried out, but it didn't matter to us whether the women lived or died. We were the emperor's soldiers. Whether in military brothels or in the villages, we raped without reluctance."[78]

  • On March 6, 2007, New York Times stated:

"There were no commercial brothels. Force, explicit and implicit, was used in recruiting these women. What went on in them was serial rape, not prostitution. The Japanese Army's involvement is documented in the government's own defense files.

  • These documents were initially made public at the war crimes trial. In one of these, a lieutenant is quoted as confessing having organized a brothel and having used it himself. Another source refers to Tokeitai members having arrested women on the streets, and after enforced medical examinations, putting them in brothels.[79]

  • On April 17, 2007, Yoshimi and another historian, Hirofumi Hayashi, announced the discovery, in the archives of the Tokyo Trials, of seven official documents suggesting that Imperial military forces, such as the Tokeitai (naval secret police), directly coerced women to work in frontline brothels in China, Indochina and Indonesia.

  • Now, let's see the truth.

  • As we can see, many Japanese nowadays are still living in ignorance and self-denial.

Actual sexual crime rate in Korea is 110 times worse than the official statistics indicate.

WTF!? 110 times? How can it be possible? In offical record, Sexual crime rate in Korea was 10 times worse than Japan. So 10*110=1,100 times worse that the official sexual crime rate in Japan. Wow!

This is a reason why we don’t trust offical records presented by Korea.

  • (Part3)What was happened actually? Many brothel owners opened their business next to military gates. It was a natural because they could make more money. This is quite natural. Therefore Japanese military did not open these brothels during the war, but brothels owners who were local people in the countries which Japanese troops were dispatched. Were they hurt by the Japanese? We can’t find any evidence of that except ladies verbal statements.

Korean men caught many ladies for work.

  • (Part2)In other words, Korean ladies decided to get the job. In fact, they got a lot of money. Also, they amused themselves by participating in sports events with both officers and men, and attended picnics, entertainments, and social dinners. They had a phonograph and in the towns they were allowed to go shopping. The Ladies were allowed the prerogative of refusing a customer.

  • (Part1)According to the Japanese Prisoner of War Interrogation Report No. 49, which was reported by U.S in Aug 20 to Sept 10, 1944, 20 of Korean ladies were working as comfort women in Japanese camp during WW2. The "house master" that means manager of the comfort house, received 50 to 60% of the girls' gross earnings depending on how much of a debt each girl had incurred when she signed her contract.

  • @JapanAsCool I sent the links to your id. Crime rates are low in Japan when the actual number of sexual crimes is way much higher.

  • @chunghey1 Why didn't you answer my question yet? I already gave you some sources and I'm always ready to answer your questions.

  • maybe korea made so many lies about japan because:

    1. to take over takeshima

    2. to take over japanese culture and country

    3. because of inferior complexity as they also made lies about china

  • They always need common enemy outside Korean.

I mean it Korean governmental need.

  • Because ROK had to cover their cruel massacres of her own people with forged history and anti-Japanese demagoguery.

  • In the Gwangiu incident, Funny things were happen.

Appealed death toll 240 however confirmed 154.

Also appealed missing 409, however confirmed 70.

What was these difference between numbers between appealed and confirmed ?

  • The Gwangju Democratization Movement (Revised Romanization of Korean) refers to a popular uprising in the city of Gwangju, South Korea from May 18 to May 27, 1980.

During this period, citizens rose up against Chun Doo-hwan's military dictatorship and took control of the city. In the course of the uprising, citizens took up arms to defend themselves, but were ultimately crushed by the South Korean army.

  • The National Defense Corps Incident in 1950, Commanders of Korean Army including Syngman Rhee plundered foods and army's supplies. These plunder made 90,000 soldiers starve to death.

Among the roar of indignant around the world, of course from Korea herself, Syngman Rhee stole Takeshima suddenly, and declared the Syngman Rhee Line Jan.18,1952. He had the intention to keep his power to the nation.

  • No Gun Ri Massacre was an incident during the Korean War in which an undetermined number of South Korean civilians were killed by soldiers of the U.S. 7th Cavalry Regiment between July 26 and July 29, 1950 near the village of No Gun Ri In this incident, 300 civilians were killed.

  • The Bodo League massacre in 1950, members and their families of Bodo League, political prisoners and non-armed civilians, total more than 200,000 people killed by South Korean Army and South Korean Police. One of the sources say they killed 1,200,000 people, all Korean.

  • Jeju Uprising from April 3, 1948 to 1954, South Korea Army and the right wing killed 60,000 islanders.

Mungyeong massacre in 1949, South Korean Army 2nd Division Tuan company 7th Squadron, 25th 2nd 3rd team squad killed 88 villagers in Mungyeong, North Gyeongsang district of South Korea.

  • These facts are as follows.

The Autumn Uprising of 1946 in Korea was a peasant uprising throughout the southern provinces of Korea against the policies of the United States Army Military Government in Korea and in favor of restoration of power to the people's committees that made up the People's Republic of Korea. In this incident, 136 were dead.

  • ROK conceals the historical facts from Korean people under the cover of Takeshima invasion and confort women issue.

  • Comment removed

  • You have to understand that these are the folks who don't testify about Nanking genocide either. It is unfortunate that comfort women issue is not getting forgotten and often questioned. Yes comfort women were recruited voluntarily first and every Japanese comfort woman was prostitute but other foreigners were not. They were forced or lied.

  • The remaining documents are in FBI library and US is hiding them as a method that can control Japan. That is to say, there is not a single thread of evidence that was publicized to prove that the Japanese military forced women to work as prostitutes. Japanese soldiers who are mostly dead by now and who are afraid of war crimes they committed during WW2 obviously would never step up to prove the truth.

  • The so-called "comfort women" were very different from prostitutes as they were systematically put on the battle fields by Japanese government what distinguished them the most from prostitutes who work in local and individual level. But no matter how hard the mass media looked for the proof, they couldn't find anything because Japanese generals who were afraid of the world to know about the existence of comfort women burned most of the documents.

  • The so-called "comfort women" refer to women who worked as sexual slaves for Japanese soldiers during World War II. Needless to say, army life is full of lively men. (So does every other army in this world. French, British, Italian, German, you mention it they never had comfort women. Soldiers need education on raping issue to prevent rape to happen, not prostitutes)

  • @chunghey1 Your arguments are based on only speculation and their testimonies witch don't have sufficient evidences. You can say whatever you want until evidences to disconfirm are found even if evidences to confirm are also not found. No independence movement had taken place in Korea for over 20 years at the WW2 era. Their testimonies have many contradictions and no reliable evidence to back up them. Some of them already admitted they lied. You should catch every news.

  • @Daviysoh I have nothing to comment on this one. There is not enough official documents available to us, again because Japan burned most of them and US brought documents to their secret library to use it as a method to control Japan. "No independence movement had taken place in Korea for over 20 years at the WW2 era" This is most ridiculous. There are clear evidences that prove independence movement since the very beginning of Japanese annexation. Your arguments are the ones w/o evidences.

  • @chunghey1 "Japan burned documents" "50 men a day" "0.2 million women were raped" "Japan export prostitutes" "independence movement during 1920-45" It.'s unbelievable. Where's source of these? You are a stupidest person I've ever met. Last independence movement was 1919 as far as I know. BTW, you never answered my last question yet.

  • @Daviysoh First of all, I asked you first.

  • @Daviysoh I feel the same way as to feel your stupidity. However, I won't say that you are the stupidest bcuz there are George W. Bush or Goizumi and what not. I actually really want to speak to you. I feel the most definite need to talk to you and teach you how to learn "real history." If you message me personally I will give you my skype id and we can talk. Seriously, all of your nonsense comments and me having to respond back to you by typing these many words are getting ridiculously tiring.

  • @Daviysoh I will find you the source if you keep insist on not wanting to research by yourself. Yeah they are unbelievable. The facts on what Japanese did during the war time is unbelievably inhumane. And what was your last question? Anyways, I will tell you everything you are curious about on skype. If there is anything you want to learn more.

  • @chunghey1 Google "Vancouver immigration toughens screenings of Korean women" "Over 1,000 Korean women are prostitutes in Australia" "8,000 Korean prostitutes in U.S. since 2004: report"

"Korean news paper (Jeju news1989.8.14) denied the Yoshida Seiji's testimony on the comfort woman issue"

"Kim Huk Sun denied she had been forced to go with army as volunteer corps. She confessed her parents had forced her prositution(The Hankyoreh news1991.8.15)"

  • @Daviysoh Because your argument is based on a logic pattern, "there is not enough evidence, therefore it's not true." Giving benefit of the doubt only applies to murder cases.

  • The so-called "comfort women" refer to women who worked as prostitutes for Japanese soldiers during World War II. Needless to say, army life is full of lively men. They cannot dowithout women.

Does that mean every army should have comfort women when they go to a war? haha

  • @chunghey1 America,France,England and Germany had their own prostitutes for soldiers too, but it was not illegal at that era.(Magnus Hirschfeld "The Sexual History of the World War") KOREA and America had comfort women at Vietnam War and raped hundreds of women there.

  • @Daviysoh I am sure that there must be some women who were victimized by military occupation. I mean whenever there is any military occupation in any foreign countries, rape issues are always brought up. However, what distinguished Empire Japan from other countries' examples is that Empire Japan systematically created sexual slaves for their army. They also "recruited" these sexual victims who would fuck with 50 or more soldiers a day. Except for Japanese comfort women, there is abundant proof

  • @chunghey1

What made you so so sure that working hard to get better life in a brothel was much worse than being raped by foreign soldiers?

  • @JapanAsCool This is stupid. What makes you think that being raped is fine? You don't understand how "rape" totally just kill you. Maybe watching too many Japanese porns that frequently deal with raping women made you senseless on the brutal impact of "rape" on one's life. You will understand if you are not a girl. Perhaps you will understand one day when you get a daughter and you daughter get rapped and come back home.

  • @chunghey1

Japanese army set up brothels in Korea and the so-called comfort women were nothing but professional prostitutes. They did so because they were afraid some young Japanese military memebers raped local women like Korean army did in Vietnam.

Before claiming Japan, Korea should apologize Vietnames first.

  • @JapanAsCool Do you know that Japan occupied Korea way before Koreans were involved in Vietnames War? Shouldn't your apology comes first? Even in your scenario that comfort women were just prostitutes, it is a fact that they were abused. They had to fuck average 50 or more men in a day. Does that sound like a reasonable working condition to you? Some comfort women worked without contraception. Some women got pregnant so a Japanese general cut her womb out. She still obviously doesn't have a womb

  • @JapanAsCool Does this sound normal to you? Even if they were just prostitutes? Why would Japanese army then set up professional prostitutes for their army. That is a not way to prevent raping. Period. The way to prevent rape is educating your soldiers in appropriate way. Do we then have to set up professional prostitutes every time there is a war? NO. We don't do that because that's wrong. There's no way you can justify the introduction of "comfort women" in Japanese army.

  • @JapanAsCool Also, this whole "comfort women" issue was fine and was humane, why did Japanese army after the two atomic bombs and before UN army came in killed majority of comfort women? If they had nothing to hide, why did they kill those women? and why should those women have been killed if they are just workers? Obviously because the army knew that comfort women stuffs were inhumane.

  • @chunghey1

hey, I was not born yesterday, I knew Korean soldiers raped and murdered countless Vietnamese women AFTER the annex of Korea. The important thing here is that on one hand, Korea criticizes Japan for the so-called Comfort Women issue, but on the other hand has never apologized for their brutal acts in Vietnam as if it has never happened. How can this apparent contradiction be explained?

  • @JapanAsCool I will tell you why your logic here is just another fallacy. I never said that Korean soldiers who raped Vietnamese civilians are not guilty. I most definitely believe that they are guilty. However, that is distinct from the topic we are discussing here. Let me simplify your logic pattern with an easy example.

  • @JapanAsCool Your parents, who probably made hundreds and thousands of mistakes in their youth advise you to not do certain things that they probably couldn't or did do too such as don't hang out with bad kids, study, play less computer games, and what not. Just because they also made the same mistakes, it doesn't mean that they don't have right to tell you what's right and wrong. The fact that something is right and wrong doesn't change.

  • @JapanAsCool Basically what you did was: Korea did the same thing -> They can't tell Japan that Japan was wrong. When "Korea made a mistake." is separate from whether or not Japanese did something wrong. "Japan did wrong things during the time of war." period. Did you get what I am trying to say? I can't think of any other easier way to explain to you why your statement is a fallacy.

  • @JapanAsCool Oh actually I could just come up with an easier example. (It's easier but little different) There is a brother and a sister. The brother and sister hit each other. Their parents say to the son. You hit your sister. You better apologize to her. The son says, "But she hit me first." The sister blames her brother too when what's important to the the parent s right now is that they both hit each other not who did or didn't hit first. Do you get it?

  • @JapanAsCool Anyways, as Korean I am ashamed of Korean soldiers who might have rape Vietnamese women. The numbers are not that important when it comes to raping somebody as the rape totally ruins one's life no matter how many times you did it but if we do talk about numbers and how the government was systematically involved in these rapes, Japan's comfort women is so far the largest that can be found in the history of this planet (counting the number of sex, comfort women had to have)

  • @JapanAsCool What I mean is comparing Korean soldiers who raped Vietnamese girls vs. Japanese who recruited comfort women as sexual slaves of their army is wrong. They are not comparable because they are so different. Japanese government lead their own soldiers to ruin these women's lives officially. That's why the apology must be given in government level.

  • @chunghey1

You brough up some barbalic examples to explain how brutal Japanese Army and Japanese ppl were as if there’s something wrong with our DNA.

Whether your examplese are legitimate, you can’t use it to generalize about all Japanese millitary members.

You also mentioned that Japanese Army killed most of the women in an attempt to destroy the evidences? What's the source? and why had Japanese millitarly members involved never prosecuted for the mass killings in the IMTFE?

  • @JapanAsCool I'm not saying that its in your DNA I never mentioned about DNA. If your talking about the mistakes on generalizing, this whole nonsense of comfort women (generalizing all comfort women as prostitutes when there clearly were some who were forced to go), Japan vs. Korea, Chinese, and what not don't make sense at all. If there is anything that I generalized, it meant the majority, not every single Japanese.

  • @JapanAsCool About destroying the evidence and how they escaped from prosecution, just google about comfort women first and then make a comment. I am sure that you know no details of comfort women. That's how you sound like. Japanese never know the details because they were never taught of them in school. Again, "Japanese" here refer to the majority of Japanese. Some of you could have studied on your own. Does this clarify "generalization" issue?

  • @chunghey1 Sorry, but I can't feeling pity for you. I hope you will freed from brainwashing or your paranoia will be cured someday soon.

Lastly, answer my simple question. Why do you think had comfort women never accused Japan until 1991? They could make lawsuits whenever they wanted, like Tokyo trials(1946) and J/K Treaty(1965). What did they do '45-'91? What did their families do and where are witnesses?

  • @Daviysoh I never asked you to feel pity on me. Wake up. Maybe you got mixed up with other Japanese comments that were asking pity or something. Why do you think comfort women never accused Japan until 1991? This is a basic question you can answer yourself if you ever googled about comfort women before. I feel no need to answer these dumb questions. Please go find more facts about comfort women and then make comments here instead of commenting based on your false knowledge or no knowledge.

  • @chunghey1 It's not a dumb question. You can't answer it,can you? Why those women never came out of closet until '91?

You may or may not know this, but these issue can't (mustn't) be judged by ex-past facto law. It was common sense to have licensed prostitute in army at that time everywhere. JFYI,Russian army who had no comfort women raped thousands of women in various places. Worst of worst was Korean army who raped thousands of women in Vietnam despite they had own comfort women.

  • @Daviysoh Dude, please go read at least one book about comfort women instead of talking shits based on your knowledge gained from stupid youtube videos.

  • @Daviysoh By the way, why don't you respond back to my comments about "Japanese invasion" "generalization" "the justification on comfort women having to deal with sexual disease when Japanese soldiers shouldn't" and "comfort women not as a method to prevent raping"? Because you can't dispute back to my comments since they are sound and logical. Do you realize how stupid your argument was especially about justifying comfort women as a method to prevent raping?

  • @Daviysoh Again, I just want to make sure that you clearly understand this concept. Preventing rapes is done through something called "education" not by fucking with other women (especially not with comfort women) because if your argument is sound then there is no reason for every other army to create comfort women for themselves and prevent rapes to happen. Again, then it goes back to our original argument. There is no way that introduction of comfort women can be justified in any nation.

  • @chunghey1 If this is the case, why are Japanese keep bullshitting about whether comfort women were forced or not, whether they were Koreans, what kind of treatments they received, and etc. What matters is that Empirical Japan had comfort women and just that simple fact is already wrong.

  • As for the mass killings of the Comfort Women, I didn’t find any legitimate source backing up your story. Where is it? (English or Japanese)

Why did Japanese Army have to kill them since prostitution was not illegal back then?

It is only natural fot Japanese Army to think that mass killings should be much more difficult to hide.

  • @JapanAsCool I don't think finding English documents for you to read is not a good idea because you don't really speak the language. I think I should find you some Japanese article to read. O shit, every Japanese is imperialist and want to deny their war crimes so of course there is no document in Japanese which is the reason why majority of Japanese are blind to its own history.

  • @chunghey1 U.S.A reported that Korean comfort women were paid beforehand or "Report No. 49:Japanese Prisoners of War Interrogation on Prostitution"

    Mrs.Hwan Kum Ju's testimonies: "When I was 17 yo, I was forced....(at United Nation1996.1.4)" "When I was 19 yo student, I was forced by Japanese army....(at T.V program 2001.5.17)" "When I was 14 yo, I was taken to Manchuria.....(at Tokyo University2001.7.17)" "In 1941,one Japanese guy threatened me....(at comfort woman gathering1997.12.15)"

  • @chunghey1 Hey come on , are you expecting someoen in YouTube to speak perfect English, you couldn't understand my English only half? wow, You such a ignorant、imcomprehensive person.

Okay anyway show us some English source backing up your story: killing the most of the Comfort Women between the A-bombs and the UN advancement into Korea.

If the sources written in a plain English as you've spewed, don't mind, it will be a child stuff to read it through.

  • @chunghey1

You expressed most of the women were killed then it's also natural that there should be tons of testimonies that proves most of thier familiy members never met their daughters again.

Did their familily put up and speak up about their missing daughters?

  • @JapanAsCool Yes.

  • @JapanAsCool Can you at least watch one of the testimonies of comfort women ? They say that most of them were virgins and the floor got all bloody when they were first forced to have sex with soldiers. Why don't you have a daughter once you get a life and get married. Ask her what she would prefer. raped by 50 foreign soldiers a day and moving hundreds of kms a day because comfort women have to move with the troops. being a victim of a crime that was led by a government.

  • @chunghey1 One more question. If Korea felt so grieved over horrible history of comfort woman, why did their army keep having it for 20 years after WW2(Korean and Vietnam war)? It wasn't until 2004 that Korea illegalized prostitution. Even now Korea still keeps exporting tons of hookers to foreign countries. I don't understand this contradiction. Don't you think Korea has to stand in the first line to appeal to the world about banning prostitution?

  • @Daviysoh Our army never had comfort women. Neither any other army. Nobody had a systematical rape system a.k.a. comfort women. I think you are referring to "prostitution" Um just letting you know that while prostitution is totally forbidden in Korea now Japan on the other hand have fuck ton of prostitutes and the whole world knows about it. You have the largest porn industry, don't you not know this?

  • @Daviysoh You guys have in blood (yeah, in your DNA) of enjoying to watch women suffer, be raped, be tortured and what not. Just compare the normal porns to Japanese porns. Prostitution again is different from comfort women. Please stop making fallacy by bringing in a topic that is irrelevant to the issue of "comfort women."

  • @chunghey1

Teenager's sex-related crime in Korea is ten times greater than that of Japan.

    news(dot)chosun(dot)com(slash)site(slash)data(slash)html_dir(slash)2007(slash)04(slash)09(slash)2007040900052(dot)html

    10대 성범죄, 일의 10배·미의 2배

  • @Daviysoh Comfort women, the core problem was that government was officially and systematically involved in the creation, recruitment, and administration of it unlike prostitution that is done in individual level. You said that even now Korea still keep exporting hookers. Compare to Japanese, the number is nothing. Japan again makes fuck ton of porns and send their girls as hookers all over the world.

  • @Daviysoh Even when I visited Nicaragua, the poorest country in Latin America, people were aware of Japanese whores and porns. Japan should stand in the first line to appeal to the world about banning prostitution because it was the biggest consumer of prostitution and still is.

  • @Daviysoh Btw, you still didn't reply to my comment about "justification of comfort women." Do you still believe that comfort women was the right method to prevent rapes?

  • @Daviysoh Do you think invading other country can be justified?

  • @chunghey1

if you are right, then it's also possible that all of the women who once worked in brothels and quitted it should be killed for destroying evidences of Japanese attorocities. Do you really believe that?

  • @JapanAsCool What is question? It doesn't make sense. Speak in Japanese or any other language you are fluent in. I would rather run a google translator instead of reading your poor English. I get half of what trying to say but I don't get the other half right which is critical in responding back to your comment.

  • @chunghey1

Peace could no be achieved by only one nation. Any nation, even big powers, could not achieve it without allience. Japan could not accept Korea to be invaded by Russia or China and to be turned into an anti-Japan nation, so Japan had warned Korea to be more strong, strong enough to defend it by themselves but they didn't.

Korea keep criticizing Japan for the invasion, but if Korea was not annexed by Japan, any other nation could have invaded Korea.

  • @JapanAsCool This is one of the most stupid way of me seeing anyone who tries to justify Japanese invasion to Korean peninsula. Why the hell Japanese cared about Korea from the first place? Without any thoughts of economical gains Japan could get through Annexation? If you indeed care that much about Korea, why don't you just invade NK? Is that the reason why Japan just erased Korea out of world map for 36 years?

  • @JapanAsCool If it was to protect Korea but not to make Korea as its colony, why the hell did they erase the identities of Korea? I feel no need to respond back to your stupid logic. I think any random person who happen to read your comment would realize how Japanese justification on their annexation of Korea makes no sense and how it was simply a criminal act.

  • @chunghey1 Japan did not invade Korea in the first place, it annexed.

  • Comment removed

  • @JapanAsCool Why don't you say that US never invaded Iraq or Afghanistan? Why don't you say that Spaniards didn't kill fuck tons of American indians? Why don't you say that they simply wanted to christianize Latin America?

  • @chunghey1

If Korean didn't want to be annexed, in your phrase invaded, why didn't they fight back against Russia and China? Korean did nothing to protect its nation instead Japan did by paying the price in blood.

Or do you believe it would have been much better if Russia invaded Korea? or Do you happen to assume that Korea could drive back Russian military by its own?

  • @JapanAsCool Russia and China never invaded us or stole our nation. Our nation existed so did our government and our royal family. You seriously don't know a shit about Korean history or the history how Japan annexed Korea. Also, are you justifying Japan invasion with a possibility that Russians could have invaded us? Do you realize that you just lost from that point? Invasion no matter whether other country could have done it or not can't be justified.

  • @chunghey1

    >Russia and China never invaded us or stole our nation.

Are you serious? Russia did invade Korean peninsula from the north when the WWII was near its end. If the U.S. didn't intervene, Korean peninsula would have been a mere local area of Russia.

  • @JapanAsCool Japan did it after all and that's the history. All the false is on you. And yes I would have preferred Russians to invade us rather than Japanese. Japanese were one of the most brutal and cruel invaders in the history of this planet. Lastly, I don't assume that Koreans needed to invaded by Russian. I assume that none of this non sense of imperialism which is against humanity would have not happen.

  • @chunghey1

    >yes I would have preferred Russians to invade us rather than Japanese.

Didn't you know that Russian millitary members had raped 1.9 million women when they marched through to Berline? They also did the same to Japanese women in Manchuria, Southern part of the Sakhalin island and korean peninsula.

They would have done the same thing to Korean women. Is that what you want?

I think you are very ignorant.

  • @JapanAsCool You justifying invasion from other countries just because that era was full of imperialism doesn't change the fact that imperialism was bad. It's just like.... because every of you classmate did cocaine and that's why you ended up doing cocaine too, the fact that you did cocaine is still bad and against the law no matter how you got to be involved in it.

  • @chunghey1 Korean prostitutes pretend to be Japanese by using Japanese names and terms "Korean Prostitutes Flooding America, Canada, Australia""/watch?v=UHRgS3n5bIY""/watch?v=hPvkXbUH8tE"

  • @chunghey1

It was Japan who took on the risk of loosing the wars with Russia and China conversely whereas Korea did nothing to protect its nation from a possible invasion.

I don't see any pride in Korean back then.

  • Comment removed

  • @Daviysoh that they were forced to or were lied that they would work in a factory in Manchuria. That's what makes Empire Japan criminal.

  • @chunghey1 You seem to not have accurate knowledge. I don't know where you got those specific number from (50 times a day? 0.2 million were raped? Give me a break!), but do you really believe Japanese were that sexually unequaled? If they had so much energies and spare times to do that like you says, Japan could win the war. LOL

  • @Daviysoh You seem like that you don't have accurate knowledge. Go listen to any comfort women's testimonies(this is the only method you could approximate how many times these women have to "work" with men because Japanese government doesn't show any documents and burned most of them before UN arrived. Whether it's from philipino, chinese, Korean, or even dutch, their testimony says roughly 50 men in a day. "Troop" is big if you know.

  • @Daviysoh Yeah, they had that much energy and spare time but they lost because they didn't have an atomic bomb, thanks to God. Do you not know this?

  • @chunghey1 Japan prepared comfort women for the purpose of PREVENTING accidental raping and venereal disease infection. Why did they have to rape strange women at the risk of getting disease while they could fuck safe professional women who were already examined by a doctor in Japan. Once you got disease, you became incompetent in army. That's the last thing they wanted to do.

  • @Daviysoh Then, why did comfort women have to fuck with some 50 soldiers a day who they can't even remember a face after they have sex because their sex usually didn't last longer than 10 minutes since there were long lines of soldiers who wanted to fuck a woman? Getting disease? Some comfort women don't even have a womb because some ass Japanese general cut her womb out. You really don't know what Japanese army did to comfort women huh. There is a reason why they are so angry at Japan.

  • @Daviysoh Also, is it then fair for comfort women to get sexual disease because they just fucked with random Japanese guy? Your argument is getting ridiculous. You are not looking from both perspectives. Comfort women are victims even in your scenario that they volunteered for it. If indeed, they were "workers" why were so many comfort women killed by Japanese? Do you know that Japanese army wanted to hide it so when they heard UN army was coming they killed majority of comfort women?

  • @chunghey1 I give you one more interesting information. Many brothels in Taiwan and Indonesia were managed by Koreans.

    (From Newspaper Toa Nippou 31.Aug.1939)

"Police arrested vice KOREAN brokers who kidnapped girls in farm and sold them to brothels"

One more proof! Google:"Report No.49: Japanese Prisoners of War Interrogation on Prostitution"

  • @Daviysoh I am already aware of the information you provided me. You sound like that I could have not known that Korean soldiers worked for Japanese army in Taiwan and Indonesia. This is also known to pretty much every Korean. There were numerous discussion on the matters of Koreans who worked for Empire Japan. The testimonies however demonstrate that many of those Koreans who worked in Japan were recruited not in their will.

  • @Daviysoh Because there was no other way to support their family or live without showing their loyalty to Empire Japan, a lot of people had to fake their loyalty or even accept the army recruitment. Even the Korean gangs were about to be recruited to Japanese army right before WW2 ended, but they made a treaty with Japan to follow certain instructions on creating a group that leads Korean public to "japanify" so they were luckily excluded from the recruitment.

  • @Daviysoh These facts clearly show that any average Korean men were in the position of having to accept the recruitment from Empire Japan once it was requested or implied by local Japanese officials because otherwise their family's life would be in danger. (In danger in respect to continue their business or to be not arrested often - because Koreans under Japanese regime were frequently arrested with no reason except if they were hated my local Japanese officials)

  • @chunghey1 Anyways, these Koreans who worked for Japan even had to be on military trials after the war under the name of war crime because after all they just looked like a normal Japanese soldier who did exactly same thing like many other Japanese. Many Koreans died from these war trials for Japan who abused them and discriminated them. This makes me more upset that innocent Korean soldiers were destined to work for Japan not on their true will but to protect their family back

    home

  • @chunghey1 Reading all your comments, I realize how terrifying brainwashing is. Or you just are a sick paranoiac. "forced""no other way""fake loyalty""would be in danger" blah, blah, blah. OK,first of all, there wasn't conscription system applied to Koreans at the time. They were all volunteers without compulsion (Actually there were Koreans who became teacher, farmer, athlete and so on).

  • @Daviysoh Yes, they were all volunteers. But there is something called you gotta act what they like to do. Just like how the high officials in NK are doing for Kim Jong Il. (Although he's dead now) You are not forced publicly but you are forced in every other way. And yes, some of them really betrayed their own nation to seek for the success which was only possibly through "japanifying" themselves because Japanese were the ones who controlled and had everything back in the days.

  • @chunghey1 Why did they have everything? Because they invaded and occupied our lands telling farmers to get out their land where they have been harvesting for generations and generations just with a reason that their land wasn't recorded at the local government office. This is obviously bull shit because Local government office they talked about were built by Japanese and those farmers could hardly read and write.

  • @chunghey1 Not only that Koreans lost their land, they lost their names and were forced to cut their hair which was important to them at the time because under Confucius ideology they practice for centuries cutting or damaging any part of your body was sin. However, Japanese obviously didn't care a shit about what Koreans valued at the time so just forced everyone to cut their hair. Why is it important and why am I mentioning in here? Because it was like hurting pride to Koreans at the time.

  • @Daviysoh Most of Koreans confess that they had to fake their loyalty to the Great Empire of Japan. Some of them however are listed on the book of "People Who Sold Our Land" (I can't think of any better word to translate the title of the book, maybe you can just understand it as the book of betrayals) Those folks did actually work in the favor of Japan and were cruel to Koreans copying what their Japanese superiors were doing so that they could get successful.

  • @Daviysoh To elaborate more about the idea of "forced" and "fake loyalty" are you not aware of the fact that anyone who was involved and helped people on Independence army or groups were arrested and tortured during that time? Every citizen of any nation who lost their country by invaders obviously seek for independence. Basically, every citizens of Korea in one way or another were involved in Independence movement. However they could not publicly do it. Japanese officials who knew that pretty

  • @Daviysoh much every Korean were involved in Independence movement always wanted to catch any suspicious activity. Every Korean was under the radar of Empirical Japan. The only way they could somehow be off the radar was clearly by showing their loyalty to the empire so almost everyone did it. This is what I am calling as "fake loyalty." It was voluntary looking from outside. no laws said anything about it.

  • @Daviysoh but since you are the citizens of the conquered you had to prove to the invaders that you were on their side otherwise they would try to create any reason for the arrest even with your small mistakes. Was this really really voluntary then?

  • @chunghey1 Secondly, there was no discrimination in army. Actually some Koreans got higher rank than Japanese and were honored medals by the Emperor. Those Korean brokers were not forced to do that job. They were frauds who managed brothel without permission and deceived innocent girls. It was Korean, not Japanese who forced women to prostitute. If Koreans were oppressed in military, they would be forced to join into the first of the front line in fierce battle fields.

  • @Daviysoh I accidentally posted a comment for this above. Read above. Anyways, just because some Koreans got higher rank that Japanese doesn't prove in anyways that there was no discrimination against Korean. No word Josenjin which is till used in Japan came from this era. The usage of this word which should have simply been referring to people of Chosun has negative meaning.

  • @chunghey1 Given from this fact, any one can imagine that discrimination against Koreans (even the ones who showed fake loyalty) were done in extreme level. Do you have any proof that Korean brokers were not forced to do that job other than the fact that there were Korean soldiers who were in higher rank? (I already explained why your argument of no discrimination army doesn't prove anything about real practice of discrimination)
