  • people who think that tpl got in through backdoor means, or is unworthy of her position, dont be too quick to judge. Some people are talkers, some are do-ers. not having good public speaking skills does not mean that she doesn't match up in terms of quality effort behind the scenes. when it comes down to it, what kind of MP do we want? one who speaks well, or one who takes action? give her a chance.

  • I think I know why his reason of putting her in MacPherson and take care of old people.. They have no access to the net and they are unable to attend the rally as they are not so mobile.. Lastly the only access the old folks have is the Media which they only covers PAP..

How effective is she going to be when a young person cannot relate to the trying lives of the old?Does she has the maturity to understand the problems and solve them? So when they choose successors, they tend to go for compliant people they can trust, rather than tough fighters who can win. Tin Palin is the product of such a selection.   • Aiyo, if Ting Pei Ling needs Mr. Goh to defend her, how is she going to do her job. Only children needs to be chaperoned. She has to defend herself. She is not running for admin clerk, please stop babying her. If she cannot take care of herself, how is she going to take care of other people, not to mention the task of bring the aspirations of the people to parliament.

    I cant believe she is going to be an MP. Have we all gone mad?

  • SM Goh sir, personally I have nothing against her personal life or affinity with Kate Spade branded bags. The issue I have with Tin Pei Ling is the GRC system that is used to bring her in to parliament.
