I think the best solution to such poverty is to legalise cannibalism in these developing states. Not only will we solve the global food shortage, but also overpopulation. Savings could also be made by using the skin of eaten children in the leather industry. If we industrialise the cannibalism process, we could make a fortune off using the skin of the impoverished in new nike shoe lines.

I have only just joined up to sponsor a child. Do you have any advice or stories to tell me - and yes, I would like to know if World Vision have their own channel. I am just hungry for more information. Oh, and good on you! If more of us did sponsor a child or family I think it could only help their situation. I'm not even a Christian and I support World Vision and their work. One does not have to be religious to care for the people of this planet - not at all.
i've only had my little girl for maybe....a year and a half. but i learned from my mom that you can sponsor a child, but sometimes they move and you can't sponsor them anymore, it happened to my mom. i get letter s from my little girl every once in a while, and i send her little gifts, like bracelets and stickers and stuff. it's very rewarding when you get a letter back from them. they're so sweet.
Are there restrictions as to what you can send your sponsor child. I mean, I'm not talking a Porche or anything ;), but I would think things like toys would make the other children around them jealous?
Help me and my friend get to Africa by buying a shirt or donating!! The communities of Tanzania will appreciate it !!
