Yah she messed up, to turn right you signal with the left arm with forearm raised.However, this is optional for bicyclists.A cyclist can use there right arm extended out to turn right..But I doubt many drivers will know what a raised arm means.I'd keep it simple and singnal in the direction of your turn.
The signals are completely wrong, as KaseyAkira points out they guy in the video does them way too late. Also, you should use left hand for left turn and right hand for right, using one hand in different positions will get the drivers confused and get you killed. A motion for stopping is the one you claim is "left turn". You should quickly put your right arm out and bend you elbow at a 90 degree angle and then get your hands back on your brakes. This is the worst shit instruction ever.
That dumbass on the bike rides like some other assholes I know drive. You dont signal a turn ONE FRIGGEN SECOND before you turn. You generally give at least 100 feet before you begin indicating your turn. Forget telling you about a pothole, he's probably the guy who put it there to begin with.
