@JORDANROUBIQUE make a long cast and just before the bait hits the water start reeling and keep your rod tip way up high. it shout be on top right from the start of the retrieve.
@2889joeracer thanks man. ive figured that out. ohhh!!! ive also figured out that a bass wont hit a buzzbait that puts bubbles out that wont pop imediatly. it has something to do with the chemical that distressed schooling bait fish put out.. trust me.. get a buzz bait that pops imediatly and bam!!! 10 pounder lol.
@2889joeracer haha np problem. im ALWAYS looking to retain info about bass and how they act and such. i love bass fishing. dont seem to catch much when i go out fishing in my four acre pond, but when i do... mannn.
@JORDANROUBIQUE if you like topwater and your not catching on the buzz try a popper. theres a tiny pond near work here and it has some little bass in it. they were hitting the buzz bait non stop the other day. then the next time nothing. threw on a popper so i could work it slower and bam that was the ticket! i love fishin too. relaxing and tons of fun.
@2889joeracer yeah. i have a four acre pond. i call it a lake lol. but its rectangular.. no little inlets or anything lol. theres tons of perch and crappie. and lots of bass. butttt there is also way too many gar. and they eat everything lol. oh! and turtles.. ive caught a few of those on accident. but i use my kinda beat up blue john boat and i paddle it around and drift with the wind. i would love to have a bass boat and go to tourneys.

@2889joeracer pfff hell yes they do lol. the first time i was stupid and just grabbed the line and yanked it out. =( but then i kept hooking them in the side of the mouth so when i got one i would get plyers annd grab the eye of the hook and wiggle it out. they dont flap around much. they are pretty calm out of the water.
Okay you have been on youtube for a few months now, no one is watching. Actually be a real pro fisherman and maybe you would draw a crowd for your videos.
my buzzbait wont stay on the top of the water.. it always goes below the surface..
