No real skill required! 1. Get (steal) pictures from the internet. 2. String them together in Ulead video (or Windows Movie Maker I'd guess). 3. Use the built in effects in your chosen programme until you like what you see. 4. Add a music track (if desired). 5. Upload to YouTube (or similar). It's a doddle!
It was an animal programme presented by Johnny Morris. Based at Bristol Zoo (I think) he would pretend to be a zookeeper and do voices for the animals. They also had animals in the studio. It was the forerunner to The Really Wild Show on BBC One.

Thank you. The music was the theme tune to a kids TV programme called Animal Magic which was on hundreds of years ago when I was at school.
