actually nevermind. the english broadcast is probably north koreans speaking english but these are definitely Russians

Ha, from what I can hear through the static, it's a bunch of crap about how the Dear Leader Kim Jong Il is a Great Commander of Divisions. How he visited such and such army division and "inquired about operations" and inquired about this and that, blah blah blah.

What is curious to me is that these are Russians with no accent in speech. When I hear the English broadcast, they sound like Americans. Who is responsible for these broadcasts?

Yeah, with an simple receiver with it's own telescopic antenna. North Korea is cca 8000 km far from here.
