Man my 3.3 4 tec didn't come with all that extra cool stuff. I had to buy a fuel bottle, had to buy that battery also. Mine didn't have that new transmitter either lol. Which doesn't matter because I'm changing that out with a spektrum. My tec still brand new in the box also. This year though I will finally play with it. I've got the kawasaki edition e-revo now also. Pretty sweet looking. I've got 2 rc vids posted up. You may have to skip around on the 22min video i made lol.

hi i heard u say it wont have problems goin threw dirt or low grass and i wouldnt wanna do that with this nice of an r/c but the question i have is does it bounce around on the reguler street black top = pot holes or cracks in the road. will hpi vintage rims and the hpi old muscle car bodies fit on it. i read its a 200 mm body and hpi makes some and im sure there would need 2 b some cut and trim goin on with this. thank you

I have one and using my Bushnell velocity radar I clocked 43mph. it could have gone much faster but I had to quickly pull breaks because it seemed crazy fast and out of control.Only diss is that it's really made cheaply for something packing such amazing power.

@gabrielsc871 No they are not the same. The ken block gymkahana uses hard compound racing slicks. Same hard compound that HPI uses for their drift tires. If you're looking to make a 4-tec drift, just get drift tires. It'll run about 20 to 30 for all four pre glued. You shouldn't need foam for them. I have a gymkahana and the tires don't use foam. You could still power slide or drift with the vxl rally tires depending on the surface you're driving on. It's with out a doubt fun though.

these cars are not for dirt. they are strict road cars it will eat up the belts and gears. these cars are best used on a large flat parking lot or street with no debri because these cars are low to the ground. also these cars are not for people that have never driven a rc car before eather as of the speed. these cars are better left with people that know how to use these cars and take care of them. also these cars can be very expensive to fix if you crash them.

Its wicked fast and fun but handling isn't the best and it is cheaply made.You need to replace those cheap traxxsas parts with performance parts-RPM,GPM etc or you will never feel comfortable really running this thing.

ive had so many of the nitro 4 tecs i put a turbo n to it n went pretty fast until it hit a curb doing 80 n just the engine lasted but i took all the BS plastic off parts n put aluminum on
