  • How to the NGK plugs work in Chevy's. I assume your Caddy is 350 Chevy-powered.

  • why would you put NGK spark plugs in a Caddy?

    You should use A/C delco.

  • @MultiSurvivor93 Neither...

"Bosch Platinum +4" or the new "Bosch IR Fusion", preferably combine one of those 2 with high energy ignition upgrades and your SET!

  • I have a problem like this trying to get to the back plugs in my DeVille. It's a true pain to do it.

  • Dont you change the engine oil?

  • Its on the Fan Shroud most of the time on that sticker that every car has. Depending on your cars make and model, the location can differ. BUT...that is the most common spit to find it. It will say something like "spark plug Gap 0.80 or 0.65" whatever applied to your engine. -BOGAR!

  • where do you find the numbers for the spark plug gap and etc... if there not in your manuel nice vid

  • @importplus Did you check the ignition module?

  • @bamaslamma1003

I did not even remember I had posted this. It was the engine module so you got that right. Car was fixed and sold. Thanks.

  • man, ive been contemplating getting an older model cadillac, im just scared of the maintenance required to keep it road worthy. my question, is it easy, and cost effective to maintain

  • Hi, I have a 96 Fleetwood Brougham and I am trying to locate the PCV Valve I see you had bought a new one to put on. Could you help me in letting me know where it is? I have been searching the net to no avail and you have been very helpful so far. :) thanks - Gina

  • @angeleyesinnj81, stand in front of the car look at the valve covers (very top of the engine )and it will be on your valve cover on top.....either the left or right side. and it will have a black hose connected to it. let me know if i can help you further and i will. -BOGAR!

  • Hi, Just curious I have a 96 Fleetwood Brougham and I need to replace the PCV Valve I see you bought a new one, but I was hoping you would be able to help me locate where it goes. I have been searching the net and you are much more help then anything else I have seen so far. Thanks - Gina

  • Good job ,but shoul buy TBI kit and seals and clean inside the throttle, also replacing the fuel filter.

  • sweet!

  • most of the stuff on my cadillac engine is all new, small things and big things lol. I am running out of things to replace on her.

i did not know any thing about the PVC valve, I should maybe find and replace mine. don't know if it would do me any good or not on any thing. I am trying to find more small things to fix on my cadillac. any thing to help with the mpg. lol and any thing to help with any thing.

  • A great car desirves a great job. Kudos to you, Bogar. Save the whales!

  • Great Job Bogar its comming along nicely and I bet the 5.7 is sounding and feeling alot better than it did since you have tuned it up great work!

  • Awesome! Keep that big ole Caddy well tuned and running BOGAR!!

  • Oh yeah I forgot to ask, is the wood trim inside the car real?

  • the trim wood in my 1988 cadillac brougham is fake, plastic so I don't think his would be any deferent.

  • really? they did a good job of faking it in that case then... since I sat in a near-mint 87 brougham and the wood seemed very nice and real

  • well to me it really seems like plastic it dose not have that wood feel, or sound when I knock my hand on it. one way to find out is to take a knife to it. but I am not going to do that :)

but to me feels and sounds like plastic.

  • dylan, i think you are confused.

  • 0:25... that's what she said!!!

haha sweet car and video. I can't wait to see what you've done to her. How's the body work coming along (the damaged fender)?

And what does the valve at 5:15 do?

  • Think thats the PVC valve. I think that's what lets air go from the valve cover into the intake to re-burn gasses.

  • and i wonder how young you started fixing cars, because you seem to be pretty damn pro fixing cars!

  • Thats what i was wondering, i also like his style of explaining things. This dude has experience!

  • 1991 was the year i was born in, the car is old as me lolol
