If you notice the couples is happier and more in love than almost anything you've seen. I reckon it was certainly wise for them. I don't think there's anything with kissing before hand, but the abstinance sure seemed to strengthen their love and desire for each other. Way to go!

I too am aiming for the same thing in my relationship. in the past I was the one who endeavored the physical relationship,, but after getting serious about my relationship with Christ life through reading, i made a resolve not to engage in any physical exchange. This way it helps you to get to know the person more by becoming intimate with one another without being haste in laying on hands. It;s more to relationship then the physical. it's diffrent ways 2 show love.

I have lots of friends and family who have done it this way and they have loving, *lasting* marriages.

He tries to say that you have to try before you buy, but if you've never kissed anyone else, what are you going to compare it to? What can you compare it to. By doing it this way you set yourself up for having a deeper, more emotionally intimate relationship that will last.

Typical guy responses from the two male reporters. Shaking my head when the one guy said they wouldn't last six months, as if having sex before marriage guarantees that the marriage will last...he must not of heard of so many other couples in the old days that abstained until marriage and stayed marriage for life. He also must have forgotten about all the couples who didn't abstain, got married, and got divorced...some cases in six months or less. So his logic on that one is kind of off.

I think the hosts of the show (the guys) feel like they could never come CLOSE to doing something like that, so their immediate reaction is to make fun of it and say that its ridiculous.
