Im training to be a model and this is fantastic as far as girls with different sizes i am what you call petite... i've gained a little weight and I panic about it but I've learned that skinny is a label just like fat is a label if you aren't healthy size thats when you should worry everyone needs nutrition in their life though if we take better care of ourselves then we wouldnt have an issue
