these videos are great. I just started this year and my coach doesnt even help me at all to learn how to play and the rules. She treats me like I am at the same levels as the other girls that have been playing for 5 years. AHHH. It drives me crazy!!! Thanks for all the help.

I wish there was someone like this coach to teach my daughters HS team in NJ. She is so far behind in skills because the coaches teach them plays. The team is 3 years old and they dont even know all the rules. I have to send my daughter to a summer camp to learn skills.

The getting down low is REALLY important. In practice my coaches always yell "Butts down, girls!" It makes scooping soo much easier, so make sure to do that :)
