Lance would never have been ranked, EPO were found in his 1999 samples, just read Ashenden interview on velocitynation to learn more about them.

From 99 to 2005 he rode with a 48-49 hematocrit despite having a natural 41%. How is it possible without doping? Altitude tent or training high don't give such increases! For the first time, blood was monitored in 2009, and "therefore' he had just a 45% as max.

Normaly hct decreases by 3 or 4 point on TDF so 45% is a clear sign of blood manipulation.

Nearly every winner of the Tour de France has doping allegations and Lance has never tested positive so really they are just that, allegations. Not something you can prove like Tiger Woods affairs.
