It almost sounds as if the song is about a guy who likes a girl, but she's the usual delinquent. Someone who isnt living up to his idea of her. Shes a slut, a partier, and though he likes her alot, she's out fucking around with "assholes" and being a whore, and she loves it. I think what we see here in the video is a scene of that man after he had finally had enough, and after seeing her with a guy, "a rag stuffed in her mouth", and how she was enjoying it, he got into a fight with the asshole
