  • Subbed!!

  • Thanks for the extra bits of awareness, Rob. I appreciate your videos.

  • Make a new one please

  • We start with a joint.

  • you lazy fat ass, make a new video. p.s your mom is in the 5th dimension

  • I don't understand how any of these cubes can't exist in a simple 4 dimensional world. What part of them is beyond length, width, height or time?

  • transcend your videos by seeing the universe from the psychedelic experience :$

  • Your videos are very interesting but that first 15 seconds of every video "WE START WITH A POINT..." drives me crazy. I skip forward 15 seconds every time and I am sure everyone else is doing the same. PLEASE drop this useless repetitive annoying pre-amble

  • I'm 16 and I'm going insane on this stuff can someone help me on what to read or watch

  • are you aware that someone made a Hardstyle song out of your video "Imagining the Tenth Dimension 2/2"?

  • @mrserpula1 I've seen a few pieces of music people have made using my voice, can you give me a link to the one you're talking about?

    Thanks!

    Rob

  • Hmm I'm not convinced. When you draw a point and put the pencil upon it and say it's the 1st dimention, I agree

When you draw a line and say that the pencil is the 2nd dimension, I also agree

When you draw a square and say that the pencil is the 3rd dimension I agree again.

But when you draw a cube, it's not really a cube but a 2D representation of a cube. Well if the cube isn't really a cube, then the pencil isn't really the 4th dimension

  • This is so cool!!

  • Watching that moving tesseract reminds me of like walking down a sidewalk in 3D with time moving in 4D cube. lol

  • can you narrate my life please?

  • nice as always,thanx

  • brilliant work also another way to visualize is to take the 2D square and the 3D pencil coming out into the 3rd dimension then in reality outside the video as u watch, take a real pencil point it at right angles from the pencil out towards you.

  • @deanmullen10 Yes, exactly, that's what I'm trying to demonstrate in this video... the 2D projection on a paper or a screen of whatever extra-dimensional shape you're looking at then lets you imagine the real pencil sticking out from there as being in "the next dimension up".

  • That was a really nice one!

  • @gotama420

I was referring to the one showed at the beginning of the video.

  • The 10th dimension is Outside of the Entropy of the All lower dimensions..I'm finally getting my head around this stuff....

  • I knew that Spirograph would come in handy one day

  • Beautiful! All the cubes from te 4-cube to the 9-cube are stunning.

  • That is not a tesseract. It's the tridimensional projection of a tesseract.

  • @nitoro81 In what way is it tridimensional? You're looking at it projected on a screen which is topographically two dimensional.

  • Ever seen the Cube movies?

  • You're like the Mr. Rogers of science. That's a compliment btw.

  • The last three make me think about "rosaces" , in the front of cathedrales.

do you think there is a kind relationship ?

  • What has always confused me about that one particular animation is couldn't it be described as just a cube within a cube? How could you visualize a 4-dimensional object, on a 2D monitor at that?

  • @woblewoble

its just like visualizing a 3 dimentional shape when you draw it on a piece of paper.

  • @OrangeSaint420 Fair enough, I suppose.

  • a 10 dimensin human ... great host

  • greatness

  • I like the 9 cube....I want a poster of it....

  • About that next poll... that thought has crossed my mind before and again. At some times I wonder the same... anyway, I hope to see poll 83 soon. ^_^

  • im happy because im the 276 viewer

  • using the same logic then there infinite dimensions lol. so a googleplexeract. lol. that would be epic.

  • I am always happy when a 10thdim video comes out

  • You lost me after the pencil with the tesseract, but you picked me back up with the 3d-inside-4d idea... I can't even imagine how hard it must be to visualize a tenth dimension.

  • wtf

  • Aha, I thought you had already done a video on hypercubes!

  • Don't let Loki get that Tesseract

  • I wonder if anybody has done animations of a 12-cube. I mean there is a graph of one on Wikipedia I can't be the only one wanting to see it.

  • @JallenMeodia Maybe. If not, if you knew the pattern to how to draw one cube in a certain dimension after another in one dimension higher than the previous one, you would be able to see a 12-cube for yourself. As the complexity increases, the difficulty to visualize, then design them, also does as well. I hope you find it one day, one way or another. Good luck. ^_^

  • No.

  • :D

  • first

  • @Wrdlbrnftey last to get laid

  • I love the way your simplify things, so that us "mortals" can understand them :)
