Theres a song thats JUST like this, but I don't know if its Mr.Scruff or not, but its a house/club beat over a jazz sample. The sample is some sort of brass, like the sample used in "Get a move on", except its just one note, over and over again, and a female vocal saying "Get up" or something like that, and then breaks into the origional 1920's style jazz song, with the vocal saying something like "You'd better go and get me money" or something like that, and then goes back into the club sample
