@jenniexpark You are actually supposed to burn the sugar a little when caramalising it, the bitterness of the small burnt areas contrasts with the sweetness of the toffee. Hence the name of the dessert Crème brûlée (Burnt Creme) because the top is supposed to be slightly burnt. I think she did a great job.
hi.. Your supposed to put sugar on top of creme brulee and then take a blow torch and make it golden or however you like it.. any way keep up the goood work you r great.. more videos plz.
