yaay i luv questions! okay, well you have to have the nightlife expandsion pack. Then go into buy mode, into comfort, into chairs and then find something that looks like it... idk how to describe it.. :)
I think i went to the sims exchange, typed in 'emo' set the age as 'adult' set the gender as 'male' and then i set the display as '50' and scrolled down a lot until i found it... he's wearing the exact same thing he's is in the video. i hope u find it!! :)

the games costs about 20$ or 30$. Plus all of the expansion packs is alotta money.. I got most of my expansion packs from x-mas ;)

oh eazy! It's Custom Content. I just went onto thesims2.*ea.*com (delete the *'s) and typed in search 'tears' it'll be easy to find them.
