he's doing super good now, the best think that happen to him was to leave 2pm,since he left they been down hill and he accomplished so much, his doing his own music making and writing his own songs and producing them and even doing so for other artists, he has the freedom with his music that other korean artist don't which make his music own and that's what he always wanted and that what makes him happy, and turned out he is really talented at that shit! so yeah Jay park u rock we got ur back

jay park is an amazing artist. not just with his singing, performances, dancing, and rapping but his wonderful spirit! i dont think the hosts really touched on some of the bigger controversies (the conference held by 2pm members, the backhand insults from jype regarding jay) but that would take too long... i know.... besides it is better to look forward (jay's new breed album in feb 2012!!) and his upcoming promotions! i love you jay park!

Personally, I know where Jay is coming from. Korean people are sometimes mean to me because i'm half black and half korean, and if you didn't know, a lot of korean's have an elitist mindset. I'm not saying that ALL korean people are like this, but the ones that are, are extremely judgmental.

The one good thing that could really come out of this is opening up dialogue between Asians and Asian-Americans alike. It's an opportunity to focus on the issues and cultural gaps that may separate us. Matter of fact, I hope ThreesomeNightly can get a interview with Jeremy Lin someday. A lot of his "Pro-Taiwanese" fans still insist to this day that he's only "Taiwanese" and not Chinese, when Jeremy Lin has never once denied his Chinese heritage. I also think JYP aka JYP.Diddy probably used the scandal to his advantage. Either way, Jay Park is doing good solo and I hope that one day there can be a documentary/film based on his life story. I think this would have been a great opportunity for Jay to perhaps visited college campuses and speak about how his experiences as a pop-star and perhaps it may not be as great as it seems and the culture clash.

It definitely a mix of culture clash and homesick that probably made Jay Park vent. Also looking at the way he posted, it's no different than a lot of American youth today especially how the term "Gay' was used. I'm not surprised that this would happen to him especially since Koreans themselves and netizens tend to overreact in general. One can say that Jay Park was Americanized, but he's more "Black-washed" or at least into Hip Hop culture since Americanized could mean different things.

Interesting discussion, i would say that Jay taller than 5'4 and he has fans/hardcore fans all over the world not just Korea, the controversy and the issue with 2pm is much more complicated than it seems and like JayParkSteetTeam have said, it would take a long time to explain everything and despite all the rumours surrounding him he does have a solo career in Korea which speaks for itself, its important to focus and support him in that because most of us know that he is extremely talented

@12timonsito I wouldn't trust articles since there's always different reports based on that. For example, the NBA which probably have the tallest sports athletes always have inaccurate height reports. I've stood next to Jay Park, he's around 5'7 with shoes I would say.

I like how every time someone meets Jay Park up close and personal, without fail they will mention about his height (the lack of it XD) and his smooth clear fair milky skin haha poor dude. Tho those are his best features lol and the envy of most guys and girls to have such great skin
