  • lol I cant imagine how I played games that look like this we have truly come along way since the 90's lol the other day tried playing the original zelda man...

  • @SlipknotSidX666 Graphics don't really mean anything to me, if a game is extremely good then the graphics don't phase me.

  • @suddnstar I will agree to a certain extent but when it comes to pixelation being so distorted. I cant play it anymore but that has just become my personal preference people are different.

  • when cloud puts her in the water its up to his waist but then it shows her sinking about 20 feet down

  • @smokeymacpott12 Maybe Cloud can float in water or something.

  • @suddnstar then y did u have 2 get the tiny bronco?

  • @smokeymacpott12 To transport the rest of the party I guess.

  • @suddnstar damn i would hav saved a lot of time with just cloud in my party

  • Couldn't sephiroth just have killed cloud?

  • @dementedvillian No, Sephiroth wanted to make Cloud suffer. He was getting great pleasure from torturing Cloud. He didn't want Cloud to have a quick death, he wanted him to suffer as much as possible.

  • @suddnstar Well... good point.

  • first time i saw this i was like you bastered you killed kenny !!!!!!!!!!!

  • This was the most fucking funny thing i've ever seen in any story. Fuck aeris she desrved it. What a dumb bitch.

  • @Lord13289 I'm just going to block you because I see that you are just an idiot who wants attention.

  • @Lord13289 you're kidding right?....

  • to be honest, i didnt really like aeris, but only because i considered her a terrible character for the way i wanted to fight. this scenes still pretty powerful...the first disc of ff7 cannot be matched by any game...the second and third however are not quite as good.

  • @BizarrelyFunny Aeris isn't my favorite character either, for the most part I roll with Barret and Tifa. Or Cid and Vincent. I never use Red XIII or Cat Sith because they suck. Even though I didn't really care for Aeris her death was still pretty sad. Because it was so unexpected, many people hate Sephiroth because he killed Aeris. I can't hate Sephiroth because he's too cool. I think the great soundtrack and the well written script is what really moved people. I'm greatly inspired by this game.

  • This scene was very sad.

  • @Domingo0022IWAY - Agreed. I wonder how many have cried or became sad to this scene.

  • @PowerStunna You know, some people have said that it's ridiculous for someone to get emotional over a video game, or a video game character. That's a ridiculous thought. People get emotional over movies and some of the movies are animated, so why can't people get emotional over a game? The scene is well done, and the script and music makes it hard for one to not get sad. I think if someone has played this game, and has seen this scene they will feel emotion. If not then there is something wrong.

  • @suddnstar - Exactly! Yeah sure it's a game, but a well done well written story and script can not only immerse the player, but also have the player some sort of emotion depending on the scene. We laugh, we cry, get upset in real life situations and games can make feel this way if done right.

  • @PowerStunna I think an RPG can be more emotional than a movie or a book. In a book you are just reading about the characters and for the most part, there are no pictures. So, you don't really know what the characters look like, you have to imagine them. In a movie you see the characters, but you don't interact with them like in a game. So, their death may be an emotional thing, but you didn't really know them like that. When playing an RPG you travel with your friends, so you know them.

  • @suddnstar - Yeah, video game characters have appealed to us in many ways. We like characters because how they act, how they look, how they do things, etc. RPGs I think are more in depth storywise than any other particular genre.

  • @PowerStunna I agree, when playing RPG's there are always a few NPC's who I like very much. Like In KOTOR games, I always liked HK-47, he was a really cool character, and when you repaired him he'd tell you more about his history. So, after a while you really got to know him. When playing certain RPG's I feel like I'm in the game, and you basically are. You do what you want, and you make your own decisions. My fan fictions are all greatly inspired by RPG's.

  • @Domingo0022IWAY I agree, it was one of the saddest moment's I've seen in a video game. I think if Barret or Cid would've been killed it wouldn't have been so dramatic. Also people might expect Barret or Cid to get killed. Aeris was a character that you thought would be with you until the end. Like in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. I never expected Bastilla to be captured, and to turn to the dark side. She entered the game at the beginning, so you'd think she'd be with you till the end.

  • its final fantasy 7 not 13 or were you just trying to troll cause that whuda been wayyyyyy to obvious :/

  • @Gaaraofapple I honestly didn't know that, and by the way I put XII by accident. XII is not 13 it is 12.
