  • My bathroom is bigger than your whole appartement

  • "with the shhhakkaashh" lmao worst description ever (no offense)

  • They really need to improve the space in their apartments and technologies.

  • is the apartment located in tokyo? if not where is it located?

  • What website or company did you find this apartment

  • A bog-standard 1K Japanese apartment with a mediocre view.

  • My apartment in Niigata Prefecture (Shibata City) had almost exactly the same layout. The view wasn't nearly as nice, though!

  • I want to live in japan ;_; also, love the Incredibles music lol

  • *looks at full closet* Awh... no place for Ju-on girl in there u.u

  • Great how everything is recycled and collected that often! Totally my thing ^_^ I especially love the fountain on top of the toilet! I want one of those!!

  • damn dude that is a quite a living room/bedroom. how much does that apartment cost?

  • damn dude that is a quite a living room/bedroom. how much does that apartment cost?

  • This is the best apartment video in Japan I've seen so far. Loved the music, lol!

  • Lol funniest apartment walkthrough yet, thank you!

  • The thing you opened with the foil lined pan in it is called a toaster oven.

  • it's a BARBIE's HOME... and the incredible thing is... that for pay it you need two lives ..

  • is that music from the incredibles?

  • I wanna live in Japan :(!

  • I totally second that. I would absolutely die if I had the opportunity to live there.

  • Japan is freakin weird

  • just like your down syndrome face

  • just like that rash you have downstairs

  • yea you would know.. you were helping me scratch it

  • anyone else notice the incredible theme song?

Also, if China recycles like Japan, how come Japan doesnt make such a huge pollution output? blah blah blah and so on...

  • wish china learned how to recycle like japan.70% of the world's trash and electronics is sent to china which explains thier polution issues. this guy seems alittle odd must be from ny.when its your home you dont have to change shoes when alone. Why too lazy to clean japan way? they do it to save water...everyone in house use same water in tub.

  • Nice apartment! I can't wait to move there.

  • hot apartment...

  • Your apartment is so much better than ours. And by the way, NOT all Japanese home toilets are heated. Ours certainly isn't and frostbite has indeed been a fear when using the toilet this January.

Peppy obviously doesn't love their employees as much as Amity. I hope you can find an apartment this wonderful as a regular citizen.

    Dana

  • where did you get your TESL cert. and how did you find your job, are there several "teacher buildings"

  • awsome

  • awsome!!nice vid (i might want to move to japan

  • Omg 7:05 *Lols* xD

  • OK that was funny man ! I really liked it !!

  • oh no! the mold monster! XD lol

  • That's a really awesome apartment

  • that apartment is actually not bad, the recycling thing is a bit funny and so on. overall it was a good video

  • what area are you in, what do you do there, and how much is rent?

sorry for being nosy but i'm trying to get my ducks in a row to go.

  • the super toilet is awesome. So bascially, even if u do a "courtesy flush" the water will come out anyways to wash ur hands.. thats not very "efficient!"

  • i dnt get the mold thing?

  • if you leave your futon out, mold can grow much quicker than if you it put away...

    ...so ive been told.

  • are u rich sir

  • keep place washed down in bleach!

  • woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Beautiful!

  • wow you have a nice apartment, one of the nicest i have seen in japan before

  • wow that's a great view and a great apartment!

  • Nice, apartment man, I wonder how much do oyu pay rent for a month = )

  • 42,000/month. not bad.

  • Thank for letting me know, My biggest dream is to move one day to japan and live in japan. Your apartment is very nice = )Bye bye man

  • only that?!?! damn you i got a smaler one for 75 000 yen.. but i must admit im living in tokyo 5 min away form AKIHABARA!!!!

  • You should do a video tour of your apartment.

  • I will be moving to Japan in about two years. Where is the cheapest place to live that's not to far away from tokyo?

  • rural areas

  • i loved it,lol

  • Its prob an Eikaiwa supplied apartment, so they help you with set up costs such as not having to pay key money, deposits etc. I would guess that apartment would be about 60,000 yen out of his 250,000 yen salary. Am I right man?

  • Where at in Japan is this? :P

Also if its not to rude to ask how much does that appartment cost you? Its really nice XD lol

  • That's so interesting. I, like many Americans, want to go to Japan and live, but I highly doubt that I could actually get a job there, unless I get a teacher's license...I'm taking Japanese, and I'm only in my third year, but I really inspire to go to Japan.

    Cute apartment ^_^

  • I would seriously be sleeping on that couch instead of folding that shit up daily. LOL But I guess I'm just lazy.

  • Awesome video man, and nice place too. But personally, do you ALWAYS specifically wear the little sandal things or do you secretly just go around in your socks (or just not take your shoes off). I know I would lol, I'd probably only wear them when I have company over. The trash things sounds a little annoying (especially if you make alot of trash lol).
